I arrived on the Thursday before the 4th of July weekend and it was a madhouse...emphasis on the word MAD! People were huffing and puffing and complaining about needing to get to work, and demanding to be driven home since the cars they wanted were not available. Much of this could have been avoided. People, including me, seemed to have made reservations in advance and stipulated the car they desired. The local team needs to pay attention to that and, rather than call the customer the day before and tell them the type of car they reserved may not be available (like they did me), they should work with all the other Enterprise locations and do everything possible to ensure those reserved cars are delivered in time. This being stated, the major kudos goes to Ms. Isaac (cannot remember her first name) who was very friendly and composed despite the vitriol she was experiencing and didn't deserve (it clearly wasn't her fault the car situation was bad). I had to wait for almost an hour, but she kept me posted and showed me car options that were available. While I didn't get the type of car I originally wanted and desired, she did place me in a solid vehicle that fit my needs. Given the situation, I very much appreciated her efforts! When I returned the vehicle today, Asla (I ams sure I got her name wrong so sorry!) was very helpful. When I pulled in I saw cars and people everywhere. I was worried it would be another long wait. But as I was walking in the door she was just finishing with a customer and asked me if I needed help. I told her I was returning a vehicle and she immediately got be checked out and on my way in a matter of minutes! Despite the chaotic scene, those two employees made what could have been a horrible experience quite palatable!

Completed the online reservation including CC payment to secure a confirmed reservation No.1808399862003 fora 3-day rental (4/26 to 4/28). I showed up before 8:00 AM, the opening time, to not waste time on the registration process; the store attendant was not only late to open, but before doing that, spent ten minutes talking to someone in the parking lot, despite of seeing me waiting at the front door. WHAT IS THE STORY, FINALLY I WAS ABLE TO ASK FOR THE TRUCK AFTER SHOWING THE CONFIRMED RESERVATION, I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO TRUCK AVAILABLE, NONE! NO FURTHER EXPLANATION OR AN OFFER TO HELP TO FIND A SOLUTION! What is the problem? The reservation was made two weeks ago now come the day of they are claiming they can't accommodate her, then the young lady that she spoke with, (Erika) assured her that she would get a call back never returned the call. I wouldn't recommend Enterprise to anyone. This has been a horrible experience and we won't be able attend the function.

As soon as I walked in, the guy behind the counter yelled, "we're closed" {inserted neck roll)! I said I have an appointment at 12:00, he repeated "we're closed"! After 4 more similar responses to each of my questions, I finally left. It is so sad and unfortunate that good customer service has been lost. I am not frustrated that I did not get the rental car because I understand they were closed...my frustration comes at the inability of the guy behind the counter to convey understanding and sensitivity while still adhering to company requirements. Today we arrive at 2 pm for our 3pm reservation. Wrong size truck and still a broken trailer. The guy at the desk told my husband they can't get trucks so our reservation is canceled. They never called us to let us know. I called their customer service and the woman said she could try to find something for us at another location. Never again.

His level head and kind demeanor was so needed at that most stressful time. Very professional. I was able to get a lovely upgrade and my trip was Amazing.
