This office is amazing for children. When you walk in, it's a very nice welcoming atmosphere with a lot of space. They have a mini room for videos games with Xbox and ps4. Then they also have fun little chairs for kids to relax and watch movies. My son has had bad experiences with previous dentist and had very bad dental anxiety. This office eased his anxiety from the second we stepped in the door to all the way in the seat. My son did not even whine when he got his numbing shots and that right there for this momma heart is huge! The way the doctor and dental assistants actually care for the children is so nice and refreshing. I also appreciated the fun sea room we did the procedure in, it had lights to mimic if we were actually in the water and it was very soothing. We had the greatest experience here. First off this office is absolutely beautiful. The staff was super friendly. Dr.Hame saw us incredibly fast. We had just went to Temecula children's dentistry and they said that they were going to extract my daughters tooth. I went here for a second opinion and he ended up saving the tooth. Horrible experience. They are not reliable and responsible at all, wasting my time! Also ruined my plan and my baby school schedule. I had appointment with them on Aug 13. They suddenly called me asking if I can come on Aug 12 instead, since their office won't be open on Aug 13. To fit their schedule, I had to call uber service for my mom to take my baby to their office. Also, my baby had to drop off her school in the afternoon for the appointment. So funny, my mom and baby waited in their office for over 2 hours, then I was told the doctor was too busy that day and had no time to see my baby. I paid over $50 for Uber service, ended with nothing. if the doctor had no time on Aug 12, why they called me to change the appointment to that day?? I had to reschedule my appointment to Sep 9, which is tomorrow. This morning, they called me, saying they had to cancel my appointment again, since the office won't be open tomorrow. Why?? they always last minute change or cancel the appointment . They don's care about the customer at all. Everybody's time is valuable. They don't respect the customers! If the first is some kind of emergency, I understand. But same thing happened again and again. It's kind of their routine now! read more

It reminded me when I was a kid and went to Long Beach memorial hospital dental clinic - lots of good memories there - I love the fact they have many available appointments and ALL of their receptionists Are awesome. Should be a zero star! Dr. Marcus Hame is unprofessional and extremely rude! He has no patients therefore I ask myself why he even works with children? He shhhh'd my son several times and told him not to talk or ask questions. My son was uneasy beforehand and grew very uncomfortable with the dentist and his actions. He yanked the mouth piece out of his mouth slammed it on the table and loudly said that he was done. Never had such a crude and gross treatment from a person that provides a service, especially to kids. Made me wince in disgust. This man was so comfortable in his actions in front of people in the lobby and other colleagues that I am sure this is common. Very condescending. Very impressed with this practice. Everything is extremely clean, the staff is all great especially the two girls up front. Dr Hame is great with the kids and parents ! I highly recommend this office for all children especially those who are scared of the dentist like mine, who now cannot wait to go back! They have a game room for the kids while they wait which is a big plus. The assistant Angela was super nice and professional, cleaned my kids teeth and helped make them comfortable! I really wanted to love this dental office . I took my oldest and he did so good, the dr was very kind and made sure to let him know step by step everything that was being done beforehand. Wish I could say the same experience for my youngest . He was given numbing for a tooth that was going to be worked on, my son was in excruciating pain . The look on his face is one I won't forget & he hasn't forgotten the pain he felt . The dr kept telling him to not lie and sit still but my son couldn't take the pain . I told dr to stop & I know by the look on dr's face that he got upset, dr right away starts telling me there is no way he can feel anything since he gave him plenty of numbing . I still didn't agree to continue the procedure . Dr begins to tell me he's been doing teeth for 35 years, well if you've been in that field for 35 years you would know not EVERYONE reacts the same to anesthesia . He told my son that he then was going to be sent to a hospital and put to sleep for his procedure . Why would you feel the need to say that to a child ? Then my son really needed to use the restroom which is down the hall from the dental office itself, I took him meanwhile they got his paperwork ready. As soon as we stepped foot out that dental door he started bawling his eyes out telling me how badly his tooth was hurting and how he doesn't wanna ever go back . He used the restroom & we started heading back to pick up the paperwork as soon as he saw that dental office door he started crying again . I asked my son to wait in the hallway while I asked for the paperwork to be brought out . The medical assistant in the front felt so bad for my son as I told her he didn't want to step foot in their office again, she asked me to please give her a second as she would like to have doctor come out to speak to us . 2 minutes later she came out, handed us our paperwork and said she was really sorry about his experience and sent us on our way the dr could care less to come out and say anything to us . I feel horrible for putting my son through that and I hope this experience doesn't scar him when I take him to a new dental office. read more

My son went in to get a molar treatment. They treated him amazing. They gave him a drink to help with keep him calm that tasted good to him he had no issues. They put a movie of his choice that was showing on the celling and kept him calm the whole time. They turned on some blue lights to keep the environment calm. My son is 6 years old he honestly had such a great experience. Then he got some toys from the dentist. It's amazing to have such a great dentist that can make children like to go instead of fear it. I took my 4 year old daughter for her annual checkup, the dentist tells me she has 2 cavities in the front and I asked if there is something that can be done and he tells me " no " we just have to wait till they fall out. I didn't feel comfortable with that answer so I took her to another dentist for a second opinion and they had to extract the teeth due to the cavities being so deep close to the gums. Beware when you take your children to this dentist , I personally don't think they know what they are doing. I'm glad I took my daughter to another dentist and they showed me the X-ray to proof what they saw and never told them what the other dentist had suggested. My kids dont typically like the dentist but they ever since visiting Dr. Hame for the first time, my son has been asking to go see him again. Today he finished somewhat of a major procedure that felt so easy. We have seen Dr. Hame for a total of 3 times in the past two weeks and I could be more pleased. First of all, the office is stunning, clean, and has top of the line equipment. His staff is wonderful, compassionate, and very caring. He is so positive with the kids and makes them feel comfortable with him. My 6 year old is terrified of the dentist and gets such bad anxiety.. we found Dr. Hames office and it changed her life. She instantly felt comfortable and trusted them.
