I feel cornered into posting a new review, but wait until you see what I have in store…read more.. What these guys do not have in store is Pepsi.. or any drink for that matter. But the truth is that was just a 79 cent afterthought and what I really came for was cheap gas.. and there is none cheaper for hundreds of miles in Texas, especially along interstate 45. Not to mention extremely easy to access off the highway, and friendly as well! Do I care that the restrooms are absolutely disgusting with not enough stalls? Hell no I do not! Do I care that I was not able to get the Pepsi that I shouldn't be drinking anyway? Well not really. Do I love the cheap gas and the convenience of it all? Well you can judge for yourself based on the 5 stars I'm giving this place.

Either their plumbing is broken, no restrooms, doors are "broken", only taking cash because system is down but you can't get cash from the ATM. Some of the employees are super friendly and some of them can be rude. Oh and the fuel pumps are always down it seems. I always stop here most days for work but I'm about to start passing it up and go somewhere else. Food is kind of expensive for the quality anyways

I filed a complaint regarding an interaction with a cashier named Faith B. at the Willis, Texas HEB…read morelocation. During a recent visit, Faith made an unsolicited and inappropriate comment about my appearance to my partner while he was checking out. She told him that he should tell me to "put on clothes because it's not cute... along with some other derogatory comments..." This comment was unprofessional, judgmental, and completely unrelated to the transaction. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Regardless of personal opinions, employees should not make disparaging remarks about customers or discuss them negatively with others. I found the comment offensive and inappropriate for a customer-facing employee representing a family-oriented company. I believe this matter should be reviewed by management, as this type of behavior creates an unwelcoming environment for customers.

I go here just about every Friday during the school year to take my boys and get them some delicious donuts. It can be slow at times if only one person is working the counter, but I haven't had a bad donut or Kolache from there yet. My boys love the glazed donuts, as do I. My favorite is the jalapeño cheese Kolache. They also sell lots of different drinks, but I specially like the fact that they have Paul white milk and whole chocolate milk. You can get a large or small. They also ask that if you use a credit card to please spend five dollars, so if you're going to buy just a couple donuts bring some cash.
