My elderly mother lost her phone there about a month ago and this girl not only brought it to the back and called my sister from it, but she charged my mothers phone for her!! Like whaaaa whose that nice? I wish I could remember her name, its something like Carla I think, or maybe not. Idk how gas stations work but please give her a raise- her hospitality is off the charts and for a gas station? Near Houston? I mean shes awesome, way too cool for you guys. Sure enough, only the items I put in the counter were on the transaction. I pointed out the price on the items and an older women with a walker working behind the counter actually said " the price is what is in the system, we can't do anything about it." Total disrespect for customers. This place as well as other convenience store have stopped pricing items and simply use an inventory tag without a price. Nonetheless, the practice of charging more than the advertised price is wrong if not illegal. My friends, reconsider purchasing items from this location unless you have a firm price on the items being purchased. This blank check business practice is total BS. Buyer beware...

We were heading home from a veterans mental health retreat and this woman put a dark spot on a wonderful time. The store was clean and well stocked and like I said, the cashier was helpful. I work for Doordash and now that every restaurant in this town isn't letting us in and now we, the "essential" 20+ drivers in this town who deliver food during the worldwide Covid crisis, have barely any places left to practice hygienic handwashing practices during this deadly pandemic. They would not let me wash my hands and there manager said she had spoken to the owner about this too. I strive to wash my hands every 1-2 deliveries under normal circumstances as per food safety protocols, which are important now more than ever. But it is becoming more and more difficult to maintain those hygienic standards. They ran me off this morning for loitering for 10 minutes waiting for my next order while there was a biker gang of 6 that was hanging out at the pumps shooting the shit for almost an hour. Cops hang out there too. Business owners need to consider that their reactions during this time will make or break your future business.

ANYONE who has common sense and has dealt with cash (which she even claimed to know cash very well because "she works with cash every day") knows that some drawing marks on ANY bill doesn't matter. she then proceeded to interrogate me about the bill and asking where i got it from, like i didn't just get it from cashing my check at the bank smh. its incredible how some people can be employed at a business and not know what the hell they're doing. will not be returning to this gas station.
