He said that this is what you do when you go to a specialist as if I did not know. He argued repeatedly with me in front of my children. It was simply outrageous. When I shared that as a black woman, I encounter this type of behavior all of the time. He then got angry and said that he could not work with us. So incredibly arrogant and unprofessional. Having seen…read moreDr. Hempton previously, I knew he was the dentist (periodontist) I wanted to extract my tooth. The procedural and post operative experience was thankfully uneventful. He contacted me later that evening to see how I was feeling. I had NO pain, swelling, soreness, tenderness or bruising which can often occur following a tooth extraction. He took his time to ensure my anatomical structures (jawbone) remained in tact which is extremely important in preparation for placement of a dental implant. He also gave me frequent breaks to rest my jaw. Dr. Hempton is extremely patient and an exceptional clinician.
