My feeling was done incorrectly now I have nerves pain gum pain It's disappointing I went 5 times to go get it fix and also they mess up other tooth as while. AMAZING! I had not been to the dentist in a couple years because my teeth are sensitive and its just not fun. I finally went back and was excepting a pretty tough time but this was so much better than any other dentist I have been to. I usually require topical numbing for a cleaning but wasn't even close to needing it today. They were also very prompt. My appointment started right on time and the dentist came in as soon as the hygienist was done, no waiting at all. I was in and out in less than an hour and my teeth look perfect. I had a lot of build up and she got it all in just a couple minutes. The entire staff is so nice and it is a very calm environment and even has a little play area for kids in the waiting room. No one likes going to the dentist, but I have been with this dentist office for six years now I love it. During the covid there was a few changes but for the best when you come in the office its a nice and pleasant atmosphere and well cleaned. The Staff at the Smiles Dental Office Dr. Armstrong, Christina,Teresa and Lauren gives you a warm welcome they are so great with people. I was getting my six months cleaning and my cost was very reasonable and there was no uncomfortable pain at all, I was in on time and out on time they did a wonderful job I will return. read more

I give two stars because everyone is very friendly. HOWEVER I went there for about 1.5 years for cleanings etc. they always tried to get me to whiten teeth I said no because well I didn't see a point in it. NOW long story short she said I needed fillings I said ok because I trusted her, I never had any issues with my teeth before she touched them. My fillings are over filled on my teeth leaving sharp edges on the side of them and one of my teeth actually caused ALOT of pain. I went in they shaved it down saying it would help. It helped a bit but not much went back in and told dr. Menon what was going on and how I never had issues with my teeth, well that made her mad she raised her voice and became serious saying she wouldn't do them if she didn't see a reason for them. Says I need a root canal now. So I decided to go to a different dentist for a second opinion. Come to find out she did my filling wrong didn't seal it all the way! So my NEW dentist took her filling out and redid it, now here I am no issues with my teeth filling great. Dr. Menon didn't really listen to me and fully check things out just went straight to root canal I'm assuming for the money. I will not go back to this dentist. Also one of her dental assistants told my 6 year old daughter who was scared if she didn't listen and sit in the chair she would take her to another dentist that would tie her down . This is my 4th time coming in. I made an initial review the first visit, but I would like to make a follow up... since it's my 4th time back. I genuinely feel that this is a very organized dentist. However the customer service isn't the best. The past visits I've witnessed some things I didn't really like, but just kept coming because I really don't like changing dentist all the time. Anyways I let that stuff go.. but today... I had an appt at 5:20 and I'm waiting for the doctor to come into my room. I over hear her with the patient right next door to me. I'm not sure what they have going on but the doctor then starts talking to the assistant about the color of the tooth for the patient. The doctor is very rude to the assistant, I think she's even new. She's talking down to the assistant. Making the assistant feel she's doing things wrong. That's no way to teach someone. She doesn't even use manners to ask for things. If I felt uncomfortable I can only imagine how the assistant felt. Poor thing. I am now contemplating whether or not to switch dentist. I work in customer service and I would never treat ANYBODY the way she treats her employees. I don't know. I just know I shouldn't feel uncomfortable going to the dentist. I'm actually still waiting for the dentist to come in .. it's 5:55 I got here at 5:05 my appt was 5:20... and they have also mentioned to me I'm the last patient, several times. The staff here are always polite and they make me feel at home. I like that they take care of myself my wife and our daughter. They are both professional and friendly. Today was my first visit and I have found a dentistry that I will stay with. The staff was energetic and nice. Their communication system is well above par from email confirmations and text confirmations and even going as far as texting me that I can come in early. I was greeted at the door they took me in and started the x-rays and cleaning immediately. Lastly the dock was great ask me questions and also asked if I had any concerns. I had my first appointment here and I was pleased by a number of things. I was immediately impressed by the decor and ambiance of the office ... nice dark wood ( or laminate ? ) floors and furniture, and wall decor that is pleasant to look at without feeling like your eyes are being crowded with DENTISTRY IMAGES. I liked the staff ... the Receptionist and all the staff. I took a chance in seeing a new Dentist but I was pleased with the advice given and the work done, so far. The doctor she also did a really good job at bonding the front of my tooth. I didn't want something too invasive just yet and they were so honest with their opinions and helpful. After being at home for more than 2 months because of the "shelter in place", I finally saw the dentist. I am over due for a dental check up and teeth cleaning. I had an achy tooth so I called the office to make an appointment. They were very accommodating, especially at this time. Dr M advised a treatment for my achy tooth and did their best to do it the same day so I won't have to wait and make multiple visits. I noticed changes in the office. They have added additional PPEs - like wearing 3 layers of masks/shield including N95, 3 layers of clothing (including gowns/body suit), UVlizers, and air purifiers to name a few! This place is the worse experience I've ever had at any dentist!! They delete bad reviews and leave very few so they would still have at least 4 stars. They've charged my insurance for things that were never rendered such as cleanings and fillings!!! On top of that they give you crappy crowns that does not align with your teeth and refuses to fix it. I've been going to Smiles Dental Spa for about a year, along with my wife and kids. I tried them after receiving a flyer in the mail offering a bleaching special. That's all I wanted, as I am not much of "dental" person. When I met the staff and doctors, they made me feel so comfortable I decided to get work done that I had put off for years. They are a Delta PPO provider, so that helped financially, and the office is very easy to find. I had to get a crown, and I was a little concerned about getting one because I grind my teeth. They have an iPad that they use to show you exactly what they are going to do and why they have to do it. It's the coolest thing! They had the lab make mine out of zirconium, which is made specifically for "grinders." I thought it was going to come back looking like those ugly silver crowns we had as kids, but it looks just like my other teeth. I had some fillings done, too. Piece of cake! I've seen two doctors at Smiles Dental Spa and both have been very gentle and understanding. The staff are very witty and all get along very well. The office has a playroom for the kids and TVs for us to watch while getting our work done. read more

I own a ranch just outside of Tracy and had the unfortunate experience of chipping several teeth after an ATV accident. I spend most my time in L.A so I wasn't sure who to visit in Tracy for cosmetic dental work. I did a Google search and found Smiles Dental Spa, I have to say I was really impressed with their whole set up. I went in to have my teeth whitened. In the time between my appointment, my husband had a tooth abscess. He went in there and raved about how nice everyone was and how thorough his dentist was. He has now found his home dentist. We had been driving to Dublin for dental work. As for me, my experience was great. Every one was really nice and helpful. They even did a cleaning and a filling while I was in the chair to avoid me having to go back! The dentist I saw was so nice and she made me super comfortable, as did her assistant.
