I have no other tattoos and I'm a very cautious type. But I could see from reviews and her portfolio that Tanya did beautiful work. I was tired of drawing on my brows every day. It only took a few minutes, but those are precious in a rushed morning routine. It was time and mental focus I could've spent on something else. The money spent was so worth it. Now my brows are perfect, 100 percent of the time. I don't have to think about them, except to protect them from bleaching agents. I recently went back to Tanya for a color boost (touch-up), right on time after 3 years. I probably could've gone longer, but I decided to go while the shape was still well-defined. It shares a space with two other businesses, but never felt busy or overwhelming since the service takes place in a private room. I was lucky to get an appt that worked with my travel schedule exactly 1 month in advance, but the selections were pretty limited so would definitely recommend scheduling an appt more than 1 month in advance. Vicky sent reminder emails and online waiver forms to sign before the appt, which made things way more efficient during the actual appt. The studio is super clean and well lit, and man the chair is so comfy, I fell asleep during both my first session and touch up session LOL. Vicky is professional and very sweet, striking the perfect balance between providing information about the process and making clients feel comfortable. My healed eyebrows after the first session were pretty faded around the edges, so during my touch up session Vicky adjusted my aftercare instructions, and they healed perfectly!! She clearly knows what she's doing and that everyone's eyebrows heal differently. Compared to a lot of eyebrow artists, Vicky's pricing is super reasonable, but in this economy you'll definitely want to make an appt before it goes up. There is free parking behind the building, and she even provides instructions to find the parking lot. She also offered me the option to reschedule my touch up session if I wasn't comfortable driving in stormy weather (this was when the Bay Area was getting battered and flooded by back to back storms), and I was so touched by her thoughtfulness. Vicky is not only a phenomenal artist, but also such a nice human being. I'm so so so happy with my eyebrows and highly recommend everyone check out Vicky!!
