After leaving messages or…read moregetting zero call backs from several other dentists in the area, I was pleasantly surprised when someone actually just picked up the phone. They were able to get my kids in for appointments 2 months earlier than others in the area. For adults, they do a consult appt before scheduling your cleaning. Slightly more time consuming for you, but it gives you a complete oral hygiene plan before they start any work so it worked out well for us as we had a lot going on. And they helped us out with those referrals we needed too. Location is well-kept, they are amazing with kids, hygienists and dentists are wonderful, and they're right off the freeway, great for Milton residents. They'll be our dentists for a long time to come.

They scheduled worked to get me an appointment and was very helpful and friendly. Got me in within the week. Front desk staff was very friendly as was the dentist, Dr Kind. Great name. I was not as impressed with the hygienist. She mispronounced my name and she questioned my pronunciation of my own name! She also questioned my answers on medical history. She seemed incredulous that I'd never had major surgery. She claimed having my tonsils removed at age six qualified as major surgery. We'll that's so far removed from current day reality. But, she seems to be trusted by dentist so I overlooked her lack of emotional intelligence. When I was done she walked me back to the front desk and whispered to the front desk that they should collect payment from me before I left and not bill me. Not sure why, but my insurance paid for part of my bill and I had no issue paying the balance. I had to wait ten minutes to accomplish that. I did in fact, and a few months later they found a soft part of my last wisdom tooth. I came in and he and his team worked on cleaning out the decay and filling the tooth. When I called and wanted the explanation of a charge that was not estimated. I was sent to the billing department. Where the lady kept talking down to me, without listening to me. We had a seven minute conversation and she started to accuse me of yelling at her which I told her I was not doing. She then placed me on a 4 minute hold. When she came back she said that the doctor was not in she talked to his Son. Who said that when I come in for my next appointment I should discuss it with The doctor. I'd like to add that yesterday an old crown that had been placed by a prior dentist fractured and chipped off. I called Artisan Dental last evening to see if I could get in today. I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. Thank you so much Rochelle, Dr Rehermann, and Cassie for such speedy, kind, and professional service. I have no idea how people could have had negative experiences. After going at least twice a year for 8 years, I've always been treated exceptionally well. Unless you can re-arrange your life expect to be several months out--as in at the time of your next cleaning. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I guess I should always remember that not everyone has that same level of professionalism.
