They were able to get my kids in for appointments 2 months earlier than others in the area. For adults, they do a consult appt before scheduling your cleaning. Slightly more time consuming for you, but it gives you a complete oral hygiene plan before they start any work so it worked out well for us as we had a lot going on. And they helped us out with those referrals we needed too. Location is well-kept, they are amazing with kids, hygienists and dentists are wonderful, and they're right off the freeway, great for Milton residents. They'll be our dentists for a long time to come.

She's also not afraid to refer to a specialist if you have a need for one (in my case it was a doctor who specializes in high risk pregnancies) unlike several doctors that I and my kids have had that seem to have an ego so high they think their diagnosis or whatnot is exactly correct. She has performed 3 different surgeries on me & each and every time she was in the OR with me before I was put under anathesia to answer any last minute questions or give me a summary of what is going to happen if I wish her to. The most emotional surgery she preformed on me was a D&C following a devastating miscarriage. I started softly crying, knowing that was truly the end of my pregnancy. She held my hand between both of hers while I was put under. I've had 15+ surgeries and she is the ONLY doctor who was in the OR before I was put under. Every other surgery was started with just the nurses & anathesia team were in the room and the doctor would come in after I was put under. This to me shows a very high level of caring for her patients. The last thing I'll mention is that she has never ever made me feel rushed or annoyed when I come with a list of questions at an appointment. My family has moved to a different city than where she practices,and she is worth the drive it takes to get to her.
