As the president of a company that works with clients everyday, I was looking to clean up my smile and luckily, I found Dr. Sally Hamarnah and her staff at Dentology. Dr. Hamarnah and her staff helped me feel comfortable from the start. From initial intake to my first meeting, Dr. Hamarnah helped develop a plan to fix some long required issues. She had me deal with a top Periodontist to have some teeth extracted. That went very well and then she somehow worked with a lab (magic?) and had me fit with temporary teeth the next day. The cost was very fair and I felt well taken care of. The follow up from Dr. Hamarnah and her staff was excellent. If you're looking for a dentist and staff who are fair and professional then, look no further than Dentology in Boynton Beach and Dr. Sally Hamarnah, Eliana, Felisha and Bridget. They all get an A+

Never thought I would review a dental office, but oh wow! From the moment I walked in - even…read morethrough their protective masks, you could see how friendly the young ladies at the front desk were. My appointment was right on time and my dental hygienist, Marnie, was an absolute darling. She did an awesome job not only cleaning my teeth but keeping me engaged in the conversation that I didn't even realize we had finished. I made another appointment with Marnie for deep cleaning. I also made appointments with Dr. Michael Rodriguez and that also went smoothly. He was very thorough in his explanation of treatment and very light handed when working in my hand. I didn't even feel the needle to get numb. The dynamic between him and his assistant was seamless - they work great together. I just moved to a new area and came across this dr on my list of participating dentist and I must admit I was a bit skeptical because he looks so young, but I was met with professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. I found my dentist! P.S. I also made appointments for my husband and he feels the same way I do.

I am so disappointed and frustrated with this office. I have been a patient since 2022. Only had…read morecleanings until this year, when I had to have two crowns cemented back on and a crown redone. The dental work itself was fine. Dr. Tremaine is good at what she does. Marnie, the hygienist is the reason I have been a patient, as she is great! My frustration is with the administrative side of things. It has been terrible since Amy left last year. The new people have provided me wrong copayment information, have not done what they said they would do and told me my refund was being mailed, when it has not been. Xavia is not easy to deal with, has a condescending attitude with patients and actually had the audacity to tell me that "that is why he is the owner", when 3 weeks ago I indicated it is not fair for patients to be made to wait for responses regarding over payments because the owner/dentist only works one day a week. Not an appropriate response, in my opinion. Given I have had to chase refunds from this office twice now, I will not be paying for services upfront. Will wait for EOB to do so; and if not able to, then I guess I will be looking for a new dentist. I have left messages asking for either the owner or my treating dentist to call me, and nothing. I guess they are not interested in knowing what their patients are going through. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth. Would have never happened with Amy. Good employees are truly hard to find.

I arrived exactly on time and spent an hour and 15 minutes going through a grueling process of every type of x-ray possible. After wasting all that time in the chair, I was flatly told that the hygienist was "too busy" to actually do my cleaning. It is completely unacceptable to trap patients in an office for over an hour for x-rays, only to refuse the core service they scheduled weeks ahead of time to receive. They have no respect for their patients' time and fail to deliver what they advertise. Save yourself the frustration and find an honest dental practice instead.

This place is an absolute joke of a dental office, run by a bunch of overpriced, money-hungry crooks disguised as healthcare professionals. Their customer service is atrocious -- you'll spend more time arguing about surprise charges than actually getting your teeth looked at. They don't care about your dental health, only how deep your pockets go. Every visit turns into an upsell pitch for services you don't need and didn't ask for. And don't even think about trying to get a refund or work out a payment plan -- they'll leave you in pain before they lift a finger to actually help. I've never experienced a more unprofessional, predatory, and cold-hearted business in my life. If you value your health, your sanity, and your wallet -- AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Since living here for 4 years, we've been to two other dentists. The first was competent but a crook. He wanted to sell my wife a bridge across her lower front teeth for about $2800 AFTER insurance. We hesitated. Well, on a trip up north to see family, we stopped in at our former dentist who said she only need a little filing of one of the teeth to better align it and no bridge needed! The second was Gentle Dental. You never knew who the dentist was going to be or the hygienist. The last straw was a filling they said I needed that. I didn't believe them. Dr. Goldberg said, it wasn't a cavity but rather a small chip off a crown between two teeth that created a darkened area that Gentle Dental thought was a cavity.
