This was supposed to be their new patient appointment and honestly first impressions are lasting impressions seriously. I asked why and I was told because the office didn't receive a confirmation. They are telling me they called me and didn't hear back from me. I asked Ms. Breanna could she tell me when they called, why didn't they leave a voicemail, and when was my children's appointments canceled? She couldn't tell me anything. There was NOTHING in the system stating they left a voicemail or when my children's appointment was removed. These people couldn't give me any information and now I'm being told my children will have to wait for their next available appointment which could be months from now! They couldn't even give me new appointments! I'm being told they will have to call me back. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told none were available to speak with me but will call me back. I'm now waiting to hear from a Ms. Angie or a Ms. Taquila to discuss this huge inconvenience and why this happened and how we can avoid this happening again. For the last several years, my initial appointment was only x-rays and I would have to make a different appointment for my cleaning. Imagine going to get your nails done but they only looked at them and sent you home with a later date for your manicure.
