I went in to get a referral and was cussed out by Dr. Wendy and made to feel like a complete idiot because she didn't know why I was there and never spoke to her office manager or read her clinical note for that day. I will be contacting the state dental Board.my insurance because they filed and maxed out my dental insurance for the year and didn't treat any of my My three teeth properly. I have already contacted the Attorney General and reported them to the states consumers protection office. And I will be following up with my attorney for malpractice for the poor work that they completed the significant injury and permanent damage that they've caused me with financial loss if I have been not able to work or speak in my working job for months. I've been in severe pain for several months. She had made suggestions and recommendations to me previously so I made sure to return for my deep cleaning. Upon arrival, I signed in and was whisked to the back immediately. They took some more xrays and again suggested the deep cleaning. I told the hygienist that is what I made the appointment for because I knew that, but their communication got messed up some how. Nonetheless, she was able to attack the issue. I opted for the left side being it to be more severe but the front desk personnel said the doctor usually starts from the right side. Being the left side was practically numb and waiting on the carbocaine from the doctor at this point, my question is what's the difference? She stated the price.. I'm like wow, you don't think you should have said something earlier?? Finally when the doctor came in the conversation was brought up again, Dr. Dabney being annoyed abruptly stated, I don't deal with the finance of things and you guys are making it complicated so which side? I said the left regardless of price please continue!! She did!! I still don't understand why they referenced the Dr. preferring the right side bc she wasn't the one cleaning it was the dental hygienist. In actuality they should have stated for insurance purposes because that is truly the reason why! Yet the only difference was it would be higher in cost on the front end but the second visit would be of a lesser price. So the total was the same!! I know MIND BLOWING RIGHT??? Lol Aside from that foolishness it was a pretty cool place! In and out and with insurance pricing is reasonable. I'll definitely be back even though I dread the front desk (all but Leslie of course, she was nice)

For the last several years, my initial appointment was only x-rays and I would have to make a different appointment for my cleaning. Imagine going to get your nails done but they only looked at them and sent you home with a later date for your manicure.

They perform, in my opinion, unnecessary procedures and the front office staff is unprofessional. They will schedule appointments at 9:00 but they don't open until 9:00 so you are left waiting until they finish up their morning meeting. So your 9:00 o'clock appointment doesn't start until 9:30. Make it make sense. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy.
