I recently had a billing question that I was initially confused about, but Courtney was absolutely wonderful. The entire office is friendly, organized, and easy to work with. They communicate well, everything is explained clearly, and you truly feel like they care about their patients. It's refreshing to deal with a business that actually takes the time to listen and resolve a concern rather than just brushing it aside. I'm extremely happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend Truman Orthodontics to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment. Five stars all the way!

When the change came…read moreto Win, Doctor Mai has been a great Orthodontist to both my kids, but between the office messing appointments, and claiming my wife's insurance isn't accepted and we would be forced to go to their South Rainbow location. Upon hearing this I admit at first I was alright with it, but then I kept being given wrong times and forced to re-schedule and when I had to re-schedule during my kids Spring Break, the inconvenience of being told I could bring them in Monday the 24th at 8:30am due to them already being seen by Doctor Mai. Overall I will say Doctor Mai is very understanding and straight forward, but I just don't feel it is right to be forced to another office location due to insurance when it is the same exact Doctor. 4 Stars is due to the office staff making mistakes on scheduling and yes I had to personally re-schedule, but I always called in advance to re-schedule if needed. I just do not think it is fair to tell me I have to bring my kids to the Rainbow location and then come to find out they do not open until 9am. I was sitting in the parking lot at 8:20am and when I saw 9am I was upset and left. The office attempted to apologize and even said they did not understand why I was being told to go to the other location just yet as I had not started phase 2 of any treatment plan.

Office manager Sisi tied everything together beautifully, making the entire process feel effortless and stress-free from start to finish. As a mom, I never settle. I research everything, compare prices, and typically schedule multiple consultations before making any decision. What first caught my attention was that Southern Nevada Orthodontics held the highest ratings among providers in our insurance network, and their Yelp and Google reviews were consistently outstanding across the board. That's what made me pick up the phone, and everything I experienced in person confirmed that those ratings are absolutely well deserved. From that very first appointment, they gave me such confidence and peace of mind that I never felt the need to look anywhere else, and for me, that is rare. When several friends encouraged me to take advantage of free consultations at their orthodontists, I decided not to waste my time. I already knew I had found the best.
