Last month, I went for a teeth cleaning I still had food between my teeth after the hygienist claimed she was finish. When I was checking at the front desk everyone sat at counter on their phones not acknowledging me. Also, I ask the young man at the counter for dental floss to finish cleaning my teeth he said, SURE" never once looking up from his phone or attempting to retrieve the floss. Eventually, he went to look could not find it so the front desk person with a sore leg eventually got it for me. Unfortunately, I was charged for the cleaning charges was not reversed! I was offered another cleaning I could imagine having that process done all over and getting the same results. I just decided to take my entire family Dental office. This is really not the Dentist office it use to be when Dr.Spilkia owned it.

They have what seems like a brand new dentist just out of school working on patients and on December 19th she numbed me and the left side of my face has been numb ever since because of her. Her name is Dr Arnold. I found out today Debbie who worked there forever no longer works there. She was the only person who would help me get anything done and seemed like the only person to care. I don't know why she doesn't work there anymore but certainly raises concerns for me. I have been to an oral surgeon who then referred me to a new oral surgeon who is also a dentist who I can't see until September. I have had temp crowns in since December. I have been in pain and numb since December and Dr A hasn't even called to see how I was doing. Once this issue is over and I get my crowns I will be going to a new dentist. I would not recommend this practice at all.

I was blind sided because I didn't know I needed one.. Later I foundout they exhausted my insurance because they were out of network and NEVER told me! My gums get swollen and inflamed because of how much I have to floss and from food getting impacted! They also told me I needed an implant and wisdom teeth taken out.. they talked me into pay $200 for xrays that they claim my insurance will ask for.. Sooo implant is $3500, crown is $1200, wisdom teeth removal thousand ish... sooo did they think I had $6-10k laying around??? So I had to get the root canal done with a crown because they said I could get an infection and lose my tooth So I been without a crown for 2months, have to constantly floss, never got wisdom teeth out, no implant, no insurance money left.. Great dentists they are. Professional and honest about their practices. Attentive to patients and thorough about their works. Reading some reviews, there are a few unsatisfied customers for some reasons. I don't think any business has a 100% perfect record. But for us, we can't find more trustworthy dentists in the area.

I called the office for guidance and was advised to come in. After driving over an hour to the appointment, I was surprised to learn there would be additional costs. I paid thousands of dollars for braces, two removable retainers, and a permanent retainer. Initially, my daughter was told the problem was an easy fix and that additional dental glue could be applied. However, once it was mentioned that the warranty had expired, the recommendation suddenly changed to replacing the product entirely. When I expressed my concerns to the dentist, he was rude and unprofessional. I truly regret spending my money there, and they will not receive another cent from me. What? I haven't given a shout out to my dentist??…read more Dr. Feinberg and his staff have been holding me down for almost a decade at this point, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of care. Let's put it this way, even when I didn't have dental insurance, I still went to Dr. Feinberg because: 1. He's no nonsense and leads with minimum necessary interventions (no upsells or scare tactics about teeth) 2. He's detailed, informative, and again no nonsense with what I need to do to take care of my teeth 3. When I found myself needing a mouthguard for my night time teeth grinding, he suggested I try some good affordable OTC products first before considering a much more expensive custom guard 4. The staff are responsive and on top of their game with calling back for urgent issues and the like I don't exactly live close to his office, but I continue to go because they're the best. I'd say the only caveat is that they're closed on Friday and Sunday and aren't emergency dentists. Can't really be mad at them for that though.
