I think they're just that good naturally. It was my first time there and while the staff were out for lunch and the doctor handed me my paperwork and made some jokes that made me chuckle. After waiting less than 5 minutes after my paperwork was done, I was seen by the hygienist. The tv was on in the room and it was set to a news station, but it was a news show I had never seen before and it was kind of entertaining. The lady (ahhh i forget her name!) that was to be cleaning my teeth joked and discussed the events on the tv with me, even stopping to give me a break after cleaning my teeth a while to have some light hearted chat. she made me feel really comfortable. When the doctor came in to look over my x-rays, he was very thorough at explaining everything to me in straight forward terms. A super nice guy. Nothing scary about this dentist! They gave me instructions on a specific regimen for me to follow and even gave me some stuff to start me out. Fantastic experience! And it is walking distance from the Regional Rail station at Hatboro, so even if you live in the city and you can't find a good dentist, maybe the fare is worth it to go to this guy?

I had major issues such as crowns and removing a 35 year old huge filling. I cannot say enough about this practice. The staff is awesome. In this day and age it is hard to find people that truly care about people and having good customer service. Oh, and he actually thinks your time is just as valuable as his, because I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment. They presented several ways to restore my teeth and let me present a couple options, which they did not say were the best plan. They reviewed the most expensive way and more conservative approaches. The actual Dental work has been wonderful. Dr. Suh has been attentive to my comfort. Once pain was not an issue she completed work rather quickly compared to other Dentists I have utilized. I appreciate her communication which has been outstanding, explaining everything needed. I cannot be more thrilled with this Dentist and wish I had visited them at my last change of Dentists, I was considering it.

I called Dr. Funt's office after a recommendation from my dentist. I was able to get an appointment a week later. Everyone in the office was friendly and efficient. Dr. Funt had his routine DOWN. He looked at my x-rays, gave me the information I needed and I scheduled my surgery. The day off my surgery everything ran like clockwork. It actually may have taken longer to numb me than it did to remove my teeth. I was lucky because I did not need stitches. The healing process has been better than I expected and the care I received was top notch. If I grew four more wisdom teeth, I would totally come back here to have my procedure.

They sent me to debt collections... as in I received a letter from debt collectors before I got a call from their office of any kind. When I speak to the debt collectors, they identify themselves as such - but the dental office is adamant that it's not collections and it's just their new vendor for payments. The issue was on the EOB itself. It literally stated " claim denied, mismatched provider information. please call delta dental and provide your dental license number and dental NPI number". The claim of service was from February of 2023. I received debt collections in the mail in late March and was livid. No one from the office even tried to call me? And clearly no one tried to read the letter to resubmit the information to Delta Dental. Every time I spoke to Delta Dental, they said there was nothing I could do to help and " all your doctors office has to do is call us and provide us the license information and you'll have a paid claim". This all made sense to me, since I had never paid a co-pay for cleanings in the past, but once switching to Dr. Solange - like I said, everything went down hill with her front of office. After numerous calls to both Delta and Solange Dentistry, the office manager finally agreed to follow through and do their part. Delta dental said they had 5 years to re-adjudicate claims, Solange claimed they only have 1 year and wanted to pass the bill on to me.. which makes 0 sense, since all of it was clearly their fault as stated on the letter. If they had followed through they would have had a paid claim. Weeks later, after all this had settled - the office manager had the audacity to call me and ask a favor and ask if I would still pay the claim because "we've been spending a lot of time calling Delta dental and trying to get this claim paid". Absolutely appalling and horrendous. No way I'll ever be a patient there again, and I wouldn't suggest anyone go there either based on my experience. In addition, prior to this horrible experience, both my husband and I experienced inexperienced front desk management. One time I went to get a fitting for mouthguard. I even wrote down on my personal calendar "dental $86 total, out of pocket $37.5 night guard" bc I'm insanely organized. Later, when they called me they said the night guard would be $400... okay...?? We experience a lot of confusion from the front desk, making us feel like they don't know what they're doing and they're figuring it out as they go. Miscommunication amongst staff members, not following up on appointments or previous calls... the new office left too much to be desired. I'm sure it's obvious... but yes we both left to seek better dental care. Good luck
