I called her office and Dr. Armour took me almost right away and temporarily fixed my problem. It has been almost 2 year since I started to see Dr. Nicole Armour. I had bottom and top new crowns done, wonderful job she does! I am very happy with ALL my new teeth, and they look natural. She really holds your hand thorough the treatments, being available 24/7!! including weekends; responding in a few minutes if you have a problem or concern. I had a problem with my gums and right away they gave me an appointment and fixed my problem. You are never faraway from her while receiving a treatment at her office. She is caring, compassionate and understand the stress that we, patients have when having these kind of treatments. Also her staff is knowledgeable, friendly competent helpful and caring. Be prepared to receive great service and also to pay for them; A bit pricey but totally worth it!! I definitely recommend her, I am very happy with my decision of seeing and taking her treatments. It did take awhile and because of my insurance I had the bottom done first (the kind that's "glued" in, then got my uppers this year. (The removable kind). I understand what I was told so a little puzzled as to why I had to come back more than a few times to get them. But when they were done everything fit well. The only problem was with the top dentures. I start bringing my tongue up and "chomp" because of the metallic stuff on the dentures. It just felt funny and when I a fellow associate of DR. A she just said it's something to get used to! Why? I know some dentures can be made with a clear coating. She said because of my poor bone structure in my mouth that wasn't feasible?? Like I said I speak and comprehend English better than most but at times the communication was not what it should be. While several staff members still provide a positive in office experience, they're also seem to be a change; this requires them to work within new office parameters As a longtime customer, I've found its time to look elsewhere for my dental health needs; I've already found a new practice by the way. He spoke at me and not to me, as if there was somewhere else, he needed to be and this was the case for each of our encounters! Also they never returned the 6,000 back to the credit card we paid them.
