First off, I just want to say they could not have chosen a better team than the one they had in the office today. I was immediately greeted by Lorena and Sue, who made my check-in process so easy. We even laughed and joked about my ID picture for a bit--they were both incredibly welcoming and kind. I was then assisted by JP, and I can't say enough about how gentle and caring she was throughout my appointment. I came in to have my braces removed, and honestly, I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect and was already experiencing some pain. JP made the entire process so much easier with her patience, compassion, and reassurance. And then there's Dr. Alvin. I honestly don't think I'd let another dentist work on me after this experience. He was so gentle, patient, and understanding. He even gave me little breaks when I got emotional and cried a bit--not because of anything he was doing, but because of the pain I was already experiencing. His bedside manner was exceptional. Overall, this team made an incredible impression on me. From their outstanding customer service to their positive, bubbly personalities, every interaction was wonderful. I'm so happy I found this office. It's close to my house and the staff is amazing. As I walked in, I was greeted right away and offered a water. Then I was given a tour of the office and they did some X-rays of my teeth. Tina is my favorite dental hygienist (I used to go to her when she worked in another office years ago). If you're like me and terrified of even a teeth cleaning, Tina is so gentle and puts you at ease. During the cleaning, there's a flat screen TV mounted on the ceiling and you can watch Netflix. Which helps take your mind off the dental work and all the noises you hear while visiting the dentist. Dr. Patel is very friendly and took his time to talk to me and answer any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely be referring my friends to Smile Oasis! read more

Tina Tsoi was an amazing hygienist, she was very kind and compassionate towards me when it came to my cleaning. I had some problems that needed to be addressed and she carefully took her time with my sensitivities and pain levels. She was very informed, thorough, and communicative the entire time. The office was extremely clean (brand new) and the tools she used as well, there were no worries with hygiene for me. I have never had a more comfortable experience with a hygienist. The office was very high tech and luxurious. There is a TV on the ceiling for the patients comfort as well because a cleaning or check up can be very anxious inducing so the TV helped in distracting from the nervousness of the experience.
