Think newly opened Apple store modern. They have all the latest technology. As other reviewers have noted the staff and Dr. On are amazing. Robin at the front desk was fantastic sorting out the scheduling, explaining the insurance coverage being her funny and congenial self while doing it. They really make you feel like you're an old friend when you walk in here. Dr. On is just the best in my experience and I am pushing 70 so I've been to more than a few in my time. We loooved Dr. Yang's upbeat cheerful gentle attitude, she did dental exams with x-rays of all 3 of my kids (12, 14, 17 years old); identified the areas that need further attention and promptly scheduled fillings & sealants within a week (my youngest child). She recommended a fluoride toothpaste to my oldest son, as it can stop the process of developing little issue areas into cavities that need fillings. My daughter will need invisilines or braces. I'm so very happy with Dr. Yang identifying early these areas, so we can take care of them and help my kids enjoy a life of dental health. She appears to legitimately care about her patients. I could go on and on about how much I like, respect, and appreciate Dr. Yang. I digress! Shifting gears to Mrs. Christy (Insurance/financial coordinator). In short, Mrs. Christy is absolutely amazing! And finally last, but certainly not least, there's Mrs. Teresa! She is the woman who greets you when you arrive and contacts you to confirm appointments. She is absolutely amazing as well. She is always engaged, smiling, and willing to help in any way that she can. In summary, I went from hating dentists to looking forward to seeing the team at Mckinney Ranch Family Dental.
