We never have an issue getting an appointment and they very flexible. He really makes sure that all bases are covered and is extremely thorough. The hygienist is always smiling and really makes an annoying process bearable. Good people that do a great job. read more

Dr Roggi and all of his staff are amazing! I went long before I had kids and now we have family appointments. He let my kids sit with me during appointments before their first official appointment. He counted their teeth and showed them what he was doing to me so they would be comfortable! When I had an emergency he got me in. Talked me through and went out of his way to call another practitioner that was working on orthodontics with me. read more

I had a terrible toothache and swelling. I called my dentist. She was out of town so they sent me to Dr. Roggi. He got me in his office within one hour, did x-rays and a thorough examination. he was absolutely wonderful. He's very professional, skilled and friendly. The office staff was also fantastic. I would not hesitate to go back to him. Debbie Ricchio read more

He's a great dentist with state of the art equipment. Exception staff, always on time and friendly. Dr. Joe is knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. He tells a good joke too! This is definitely a painless dentistry operation. You could not find a better dentist. read more

I have been a patient since 1998 and I have seen his practice grow as word of mouth is the best advertising. He is simply a good dentist. Five years ago I tried another dentist in a swanky office in old Irving park. $450 later I still had tooth pain and went back to Dr Roggi to fix the tooth. The swanky office had not removed all the decay and Dr R fixed it. I will never leave again. read more

If you looking for a good Dentist, it's Dr. Roggi! Been in his care for about 20 years. Hands down ----the best! A true professional, genuine, humble, great sense of humor, takes time to explain things and educate, and NEVER tries to sell you services you don't need! My only concern......when he retires....irreplaceable! read more

I have the kind of teeth you dread having. They may not be UK crooked, but they sure are soft and full of holes. For years I avoided going to the dentist due to my deeply rooted fear drilled into me by the DDS's of my childhood. My teeth needed some serious attention however, and with the reassurance of my wife, I gave this place a shot. I'm now a two year veteran of this place. I've had numerous cleanings and fillings here as well as a referral to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed. Lyndsey is fantastic and thorough. Dr Roggi keeps you in the know of what's going on in your mouth and does it in an approachable and quite friendly manner. Diane keeps the office humming but with a vibe that says, yeah you can relax here. Does he use fricken lasers? No. But he's got that beeping cavity tool! And a pretty cool camera on a stick to take pics of your teeth! More importantly, the office puts you at ease and that they aren't there to take you for a ride by over-practicing unnecessary procedures. And you know what? It's not so bad going to the dentist anymore. read more

I've been coming to Dr. Roggi for years, and I've always have had the best experience with them. The first time I came to see him was when I needed a root canal. 8 years later and I'm still rocking my crown. No complications, and the procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Roggi is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and attentive. He may not have all the latest tech but he does know his dentistry. The hygienist Lindsay is equally knowledgeable and friendly, and cleans your teeth like a pro and Diane is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. Whenever anyone asks me if I know a good dentist, I always recommend Roggi. read more

I'm very happy with Dr Roggi and his staff. They do a very thorough job with everything, and all my appointments have been on-time. Also, when I fractured a tooth, Dr Roggi called me back on a Saturday to advise me on what I should do. read more

All of the dental work my husband had done had to be replaced because of their half ass dental job. They update/ expand the office but don't update equipment. Our new dentist actually makes crowns/ new teeth on site. The actual dentist is negative and seems like he hates his job. Do not go to this dentist. read more

I have been looking for a dentist forever, and every time I read a review of a good one, they weren't covered by my insurance...until I found Dr. Roggi!!! I really don't like the dentist at all and actually dreaded going, BUT after going to Dr. Roggi, I don't mind it. He and his assistants (Diane and Lindsay) are very understanding and very friendly:) They all put you at ease. I ended up having a few cavities filled, and everyone I know freaked me out about the shot to numb you up...with Dr. Roggi and his staff, it was no big deal. I didn't even feel it! They are awesome and I would recommend him to anyone I know! read more

My husband and I have been going here for over 10 years, as well as my sister and her husband and my parents. Dr. Roggi, Diane, and lindsey are fabulous. We actually look forward to going, it almost feels like you are "catching up" with friends. They know all of us personally and Dianne even knows our voice on the phone! It reassures me to know that they actually care about us personally-we are not just another client. The cavity beeper is a blessing in disguise. I hate it and love it all at the same time. I'm a huge wimp when it comes to pain, cavities etc... So, although that machine has detected a few cavities, they were small and taken care of before they turned into a terrible painful disaster. I couldn't get X-rays for a few years and I know that machine saved me by detecting them since I couldn't get X-rays. Lindsey cleans teeth like an angel. My husband and I fight over who gets to go first because we loooove having our teeth cleaned. They are smooth as glass when done. Dr. Roggi is thorough and very knowledgable. He is also not one of those people who try talking you into getting unnessasary things done. When I do have cavities, I prefer to get the silver ones because my husband has had many white ones fall out over the years (from an old dentist). I've never had problems with the silver ones and Dr. Roggi is 100% supportive of my decision. He doesn't try talking me into getting the other ones. Appointments are always on time. Diane answers all questions and call backs right away. I have zero complaints. read more

I went here because of the positive Yelp Reviews. I found my whole visit to be odd and uncomfortable. I'm not sure if the dentist was just having a bad day, but for some reason his demeanor didn't instill confidence. For example he had issues fiddling with the computer as if he hadn't used it often. Just seemed unprofessional. To be fair I was only there to address a bad tooth and I was referred to a Endodontist after some x-rays, so I did not really get any normal dental care here. I did find it odd though that he didn't encourage a dental cleaning during the visit. I'm sure for general dentistry stuff he's a good guy, but he just wasn't for me. I want a dentist that is calming sure... but also confident. He did seem like a nice guy. read more

My dentist sold his practice so I needed to find a new one. After reading the reviews here, I decided to check out Dr. Roggi for a general cleaning. Lindsay is super friendly and thorough. After that cleaning, I feel like my previous dentists weren't taking as good care of my teeth as I thought. The cavity finding tool beeped on one of my molars but Dr. Roggi knew that it could give false positives so he gave my tooth the benefit of the doubt. Whew! He was fun to talk to and we even chatted a bit afterwards. The office staff is efficient so I'm not worried about the billing process. read more

Well worth the trek out to Jefferson Park. Reasonably priced, gentle and great attention to detail! The technician was sweet as pie and did a great job cleaning my teeth. They even use this tool/machine that beeps when you have a cavity, so there's no fear you're getting taken for a ride. Experience has made me paranoid. I'll never get robbed downtown again. read more

I just got three fillings done after having to wait over a year for dental work (had transfusions for ulcers) and everything went great just like before. I'm really glad to see all the good reviews on here...it means I was right. The staff is just terrific and they have a great sense of humor. read more

As with others I found this place through yelp reviews so I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm very glad I did! They are an awesome place and very knowledgeable. They have high tech equipment, and very detail oriented. (unlike the last place that I did my cleaning at where they forgot the whole left side of my face) read more

I wrote a review 3 years ago but don't see it. Dr. Roggi is a great dentist! He has been my dentist for over 10 years and well worth the 50 miles I drive from Round Lake. Dr. Roggi is the best and so is his assistant, Diane! My husband and I have been going to him for the past seven years and he's the best dentist we've ever been to. Super gentle, always answers questions, fun to talk to, and an all around really nice guy. He does a great job cleaning our teeth and is very knowledgeable about the latest information for the industry. Diane's always taken care of all of our insurance questions so that we've never had to deal with the insurance on our own. Can't say enough good things about them! read more

I love Dr. Roggi... he is efficient and thorough. He stays up to date on the latest technology and only uses what he thinks will give a better result or experience to his patients. He gives you options (if there are any) and then gives his opinion about the best course of treatment. He has even fit me in for a few emergencies. His hygienist is gentle and gives great feedback and advice when she cleans your teeth. They have a friendly office environment and take the time to remember their patients and work with the insurance you have... all in all a great dentist! read more

this is the best dentist visit I have ever had, and i have a history of excellent dentistry. he is very kind and accommodating. he ended up referring me elsewhere, but did not charge me for his work up since he wasnt really able to help me. which, considering i have no insurance and am paying out of pocket, that was very appreciated. i would recommend him and his staff to anyone!! read more

I have been going to Dr. Roggi for many many years. He gave me back my smile. I have had many fillings, 13 caps, several root canals, one of which Dr. King had to do. We always have so much fun there too. Diane (the boss) Lindsay and Dr. Joe always have so many fun things to say, it's like coming to visit old friends. Dr. Roggi is a great dentist, great guy, and he truly cares about his patients. read more
