After 10 years with the same dentist in Uptown, I decided to try out a new dentist just a few miles…read moreaway to save a lot of miles and nerve wracking traffic. I was skeptical going to the Grapevine Dentist, since I thought I already had the best in Uptown. However, I was so relieved when I walked in my new dentist. I saw lots of smiling faces greeting me on my 1st day. From Rian helping me schedule the appointment to Henry as my dental hygienist, and alas Dr Alex Lee, I can't imagine going anywhere else. This modern office with new equipment, clean bathrooms and staff who always have a smile is exactly what I needed. I even went back two days later to get a few old silver fillings replaced. Dr Lee is all about saving the teeth I have, replacing the old fillings that were cracked instead of costly crowns. And my bite is perfect! Bravo Dr Lee and team! Can't wait for my next cleaning!

It's no longer the same office that I once enjoyed going to. I had been a patient for at least 20+…read moreyears, this includes his first office in FM. My hygienist is no longer there and she was entertaining to say the least. I loved her!! She did a thorough job and my teeth felt so good! A new hygienist (I truly can't remember her name but I know she's no longer there), was the worst I've ever experienced. She was pretty much on top of my chest and I was very uncomfortable with that. Also, the check in process is a thorn in my side. Clients get handed a tablet to verify info. It's very time consuming and not necessary if all my info hasn't changed (insurance, home address, etc). I've said many times that my info is the same. One time I just flat out refused and the receptionist signed for me! I also asked "IF I get a crown today, and have an issue with it tomorrow & have to come back the next day, will I be handed the tablet again to verify my information?" (like I moved over night, lol). She said "yes!" This is the ONLY dental office I've been to that does this check in process. Just a note to Dr. Revering, my time is just as important to me as yours is to you. I'm so done!

Dr. Amin called me the next morning to make sure I was doing alright. I thought that was thoughtful. But being thoughtful is one thing. Being amazing at your craft is another. I would recommend this office for any dental procedure you might need.

Flower Mound Family Dentistry is an unscrupulous office overcharging for services and misleading…read moreabout insurance coverage I called to verify they take BCBS and file claims for payment before booking appointment. Was told that they took it and I would only have to pay $50 deposit which would be deducted from my co-pay or refunded if no copay. In same phone call, I informed them I only needed a cleaning and nothing else since I had just had all x-rays done 6 months before at previous dentist and would have records sent to them. So i paid the deposit, had my old dentist forward my records, and spent over an hour completing all the on-line forms for their office. When I showed up to appointment, they presented me with this HUGE bill to pay before they do anything. When I reminded them about the insurance verification and filing, I was told they did not know how much would be refunded to me by insurance so I would have to pay and then wait to see. Since I felt lied to, I cancelled the appointment for which they charged me $150!

I had been fitted with a temporary "flipper" for four months while the bone healed, but it had become uncomfortable to eat with, so as I was in Texas, I made an appointment with Dr. Crumpton to have it adjusted. On the way there, I took a phone call, the flipper became loose so I set it on my car dashboard, and--disaster!--it took a joy ride down into the air vent, never to be seen again without dismantling the whole dashboard of my car. Dr. Crumpton's staff were wonderfully kind and patient, his dental assistant even coming outside to help me look for it. Even though this implant procedure was not being done by them, Dr. Crumpton immediately stepped in to help. Knowing I was leaving for London the following week and couldn't possibly go with a front tooth missing, he arranged to get me fitted the very next day, at a very reasonable price, and without ever making me feel foolish for what had happened. Thanks to their professionalism, kindness, and generosity, my new temporary tooth will be ready next week--just in time for my flight. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Crumpton and his team--they are not only highly professional but also compassionate and caring and did not try to gauge me on the price.
