They refuse to release my photos, xrays + CTs that I paid for, will not issue refund + said the owners refuse to discuss it. This is a scam dental practice, run.

He finished my front implant in March, and after my cleaning today, 10/17/19, he checked to be sure everything was good. Betsy is my hygienist and she is the best I have ever had. I've lost track of time, but it's been at least 11 years. She makes sure that I know exactly what to do to have good looking teeth, with no cavities. I follow her excellent advice which helps me love my smile. All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I've never had a problem at this office in the chair or with billing. This office never knew anything about me even with my file open. I requested to schedule a cleaning and asked for the price after my insurance and was quoted the price the service is overall. They scheduled me for a more expensive service without any communication, request or confirmation. So instead of being booked for my FREE cleaning I was booked for an $800 cleaning with ZERO communication. 3. The MOST IMPORTANT, I had an implant installed on 6/24 and it fell out on Saturday 7/12. I contacted the emergency line on Saturday 7/12 and Sunday 7/13 and then I had to call their office on 7/14 Monday around 10am when NO ONE FROM THEIR OFFICE CONTACTED ME! Zero resolution or problem solving offered by the office. The just wanted to keep the more expensive appointment on the books and offered a half assed apology.
