Basic fabulous things: Timely, clean, professional and friendly- From my very first visit, I felt completely at ease. Every member of the staff is professional, kind, and attentive. Please do your self a favor and shop around!!! If for some reason you decide to go with TDA don't disagree with them!!! They did my surgery and it went ok. But the teeth that was different out come. The set I went home with did line up and looked ridiculous. I was told to deal with it for two weeks. So I went back and the next set was even worse I had huge gaps between my gum and teeth right in the front. I told them that I was going on a fishing trip out of the country and would like to be able to smile in the pictures. Would you agree that for $50,000 that's not to much to ask. It only takes 45mins to fix this issue. But instead things went south real fast. I expressed how unhappy I was and was shown the door!!!! I received no care instructions nothing a was promised!!!! I finally found someone to take over and could not be happier. The doctor had to trim down tissue and do a few other things. But with in a hour I had a perfect smile!!! I was so upset and spent over $45,000 and I didn't have a say. Make sure you EMPHASIZE you want to be included on the final teeth shape and color. It broke my heart and I never spoke up. My experience with Trinity Dental Arts was beyond my expectations! I originally went here because I had veneers and crowns that needed replaced. Come to find that after a thorough examination, my teeth were a mess underneath, cavities, periodontal, bone loss, etc. They proposed implants for me. My first reaction was no way, I'm not pulling my teeth, but as explained, if I didn't take this course of action, I'd be at the dentist not only paying for veneers, but periodontal deep cleaning, bone grafts, etc, and there's no guarantee it would actually get the cavities in the roots from one time. And veneers are very expensive and only last 10 years! This wasn't a hard decision. I opted for the implants and just got my final set. I could not be happier. They are absolutely beautiful! And I do t have to worry about going back and forth to the dentist. It's a one and done deal. Trinity dental arts starts with how amazing the staff is, each and everyone plays a vital role and all come together to make you feel comfortable, even lucky , whom is the therapy doggie who greets you at the door. Her assistant took pictures of my "tooth" with a lipstick camera this was considered part of $50 X-ray, I actually asked to see the X-ray and the Dr said "why? You know how to read an X-ray?" I had terrible tooth ache and she did nothing...but assured me she could get me in next Monday for $400 worth of more X-rays... Trinity Dental Arts is EXCEPTIONAL! It had been a LONG time since I had seen a dentist and my teeth were in rough shape. I went to a few other dentists before visiting Trinity Dental Arts and I am glad I chose Trinity! From moment one, Trinity Dental Arts made me feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible. The Doctor: Dr. Gjelaj is the most approachable and knowledgeable dentist I have ever spoken to. Extremely talented and communicative throughout the entire process. Other dentists do not compare! The Staff: The entire staff is friendly, efficient, extremely talented and provide a welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere (which for me was a huge difference maker when making a decision on which Dentist to choose). Brittany and Sam were professional yet amiable which also made the entire process much more pleasant. I had a Dental Cleaning with Lisa and I must say she did a great job. At first I heard them calling her a dental hygienist in the office and I was like oh... not knowing what that meant, then she came in and did her magic leaving me with the most cleanest and best teeth I've ever had. I have been terrified of the Dentists for Years . Ever since I was 8, I would have to be sedated, and even knocked out...The staff was so understanding, patient, and caring. They explained everything they were doing, and why... I had X-rays and a deep cleaning.... It had been 10 years since I had been to a dentist; I was expecting to feel really sore the next day-- I was as good as new-- my teeth are bright, and my gums are healthier. We don't have dental insurance, so it was expensive, but the price was comparable to most other practices-- according to my research. They push for you to get work done that you don't need and want to charge astronomical prices. The doctor is rude and the business should be called "the art of stealing money" not dental arts. My husband was looking for a one stop shop, he needed a cleaning, extractions, bone graft, Implants and Invisalign. This is your place. The following staff is amazing Angie, Lisa and especially Brittany. I have been talking to Angie and Lisa prior to appointments and setting him up for everything. They have a polite and upbeat personality and will answer all of your questions with joy, seriously I'm a pain lol I was unable to make his evaluation appt but when he got home he said yes it feels right let's go with them an he liked the doctor and all the girls. He also told me that the girls were looking forward to meeting me, that is so sweet. They wanted to get him in as soon as next week but we had travel plans and accommodated for the following week. Today surgery day, we walked in and a guy checked us in and then only a cpl minutes and then Samantha came an said they were ready for him, when I got up with him Samantha said Oh we got your number right, I looked at her with confusion an said I'm coming back, she said no we'll call you when he's ready. I looked at my husband seeing a face of anxiety it truly broke my heart and then once they shut the door behind him all I could see was red and I was boiling inside. He has really bad anxiety and I planned to walk through with him, meet everyone and put faces to the names I've been talking to but instead I was shocked and taken off guard that I wasn't able to walk him back bc this office got to know my husband and is aware of his anxiety, the man's mind is so strong he soaks in sweat. In my mind there is no reason why I can't walk him back to his seat for his sanity. (Now this is moments after I watched a couple go in together, called the wife back and told the husband he could come too) So you could understand my immediate frustration. The guy walking by the front desk asked if he could help me bc I was just standing at the front desk infuriated and I said yea I'm kind of infuriated right now, I wanted to walk back there with him and they would not let me. He says that's right you can't, they have to prep him for surgery and then awkwardly walked away. That is not how you handle an upset client but most men don't know how to handle woman in distress so I wasn't surprised. I knew damn well I wasn't going to sit there for however long bc Samantha didn't tell me anything, in anger bc I knew there was a reason Daryl liked this place so I called the office number knowing I would get Angie, she answered and I asked her if she could come out front and speak with me which she did immediately, she had cold hands which I enjoyed shaking bc I was boiling, I told her my concerns and she gave me a hug and said she would take care of it. She then came back to let me know that Brittany would be right out and asked if I needed anything to drink. Just a few minutes later Brittany came out and boy was she sweet as pie, she talk with me an gave me a run down she also offered to give me a tour of the place and I accepted. Now that's how you handle an upset client's wife, these two woman are saints and I appreciate their understanding and kindness. Thank you for saving my sanity through this whole process. On or around the week of July 14th, 2021, I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Gjelaj. It took quite a while for the procedure since the tooth had cracked into a few pieces. I had a vacation scheduled right after the procedure. During the vacation, I was feeling some slight pain and scheduled a follow up appointment. At that appointment, I asked the assistant who saw me if it was possible that all the tooth had not been taken out. She assured me it had, stating that they reviewed the x-ray and saw nothing. I left and thought nothing more of it until I decided to have an implant. It took some time for the implant to happen since I also decided to have the Invisalign done. Although I did not have constant pain, I did have some pain when chewing in that area. I thought nothing of it at the time. After the implant was put in place, I waited for the proper amount of time for the crown to be put in place. Upon putting in the crown, I experienced a great amount of pain. After taking x-rays, it was discovered that a piece of tooth was left in place. The implant was only one millimeter above the remainder of the piece of tooth that had been left in when the extraction was done. Only when placing the crown with the added pressure did the pain become excruciatingly apparent. I have attached a picture of the x-ray with an arrow showing the piece that was left in. I understand that mistakes happen; however, it is now costing me not only the cost of the initial extraction of about $1,100.00 (as shown in your records), but also the cost of my dentist now having to remove the implant, extraction the piece that was left in and replacing with a different implant, in the vicinity of $1,800.00. I am asking that you sincerely consider refunding your charges back to me and I will proceed no further. I will await your reply. THIS EMAIL WAS SENT TO THIER OFFICE AND AFTER A WEEK, STILL NO REPLY. After the consult when I expressed that I wanted to talk to another doctor for a 2nd opinion she quickly told me they were charging 300.00 for this consult which I was not aware of before the appointment. She was angry and argumentative. I paid the 300 and while waiting for the receipt she continued to argue with me and was very confrontational and insulting. I couldn't believe how rude she was. She comes off as very friendly but quickly changes into an egomaniac bully when you don't want to spend 50,000 on her implants. She truly scares me. read more

At your first visit they are very pleasant but did try to push me from the 15,000 solution to the 20,000 solution. I opted for the lesser cost and paid $10,000 up front and they billed Medicare for the other 5,000. The temporary dentures I had to deal with were horrible. When I went back a few times to get them adjusted, the staff was either rude or nasty. I was told it was my fault for taking the cheap solution. After 16 months, the lower denture was not locking into the implant. When I called I was told that they didn't do that anymore. They called me back later on and said that they could fix them. I'd need a cleaning and new inserts for $185. I found another dentist to do what i needed. Took almost 5 minutes and cost a lot less than $185. Dr Gjelaj is the Only Dentist I TRUST . The woman is amazing at what she does . I found her and her staff a few years ago been to 5 other Dentists in the area and same old song and dance and not caring about me saying lets just do partials or dentures. Not for me . I had my bottom teeth done with implants and it changed my life FOREVER ! No more pain eat anything and so proud to smile . New to odessa, fl needed a new dentist but always nervous of locating the "right" dentist. Trinity Dental Arts was very welcoming and kind. I first got a tour of the office and layout which is impressive. Staff are super kind and have a sort of southern charm feel. Lisa went over every detail and was patient during my cleaning and any questions i had. Definitely recommend. Wow.... after reading some of the negative reviews, it almost makes me wonder if we went to the same place! I don't normally write reviews for medical/dental places because it is totally inappropriate for social media or yelp. These places have no significant ability to respond in a fair an equitable way, due to HIPPA laws. Additionally, there is no way to verify the reviewer was even a customer (like me). On to the review.... My experience at Trinity Dental Arts was professional, efficient, transparent, and compassionate. I did/do have dental insurance, but it only covers X-rays and cleaning. I was offered additional recommended services, but nothing was forced on me. I declined additional services at this time, but will likely use them. Dr Gjelaj was nothing short of delightful. Very open and clear about what lead up to the condition of my teeth, and how best to create a lasting repair. No scare tactics were used. I was not hassled it aggressively engaged by the manager. I asked a question, a question was answered. I found the facility to be very clean and sanitary. The staff was pleasant and considerate. I have not experienced the same accusations that others have. Lisa and Samantha are very kind and sweet. The receptionist (who's name escapes me) was also very happy and pleasant. I felt better walking In the door. For those who are considering dentist services here, you can expect a clean, well maintained practice. I don't understand how people be so viscous over social media. If you have a problem, get a lawyer. Otherwise, zip it. Dental care is not free. It has never been free, it will never be free. If you don't have insurance, you have to pay out of pocket. This is not a new concept! If you want to have your teeth cleaned where everyone is polite, gentle, and caring... THIS IS THAT PLACE. If you want it for free, in a dump, where everyone is pissed off and angry, try the county health department. I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist, but at least when I come here, my day isn't ruined. I am a realistic and reasonable person. Anyone with a brain can see that to have this level of care, with this staff, in this facility is going to cost money. You get what you pay for. I give one star for the beautiful office and equipment as stated by a former customer. My recommendation is Buyer Beware, save yourself from a nightmare! Horrible professional responses and unwillingness to fix. However, anyone else out there dealing w/inaccurate dental billing or misleading of services, You're not alone. Best advice is to document everything, give them a call but if they're rude(document it) and call the state attorney and you can report to the dental board too. I will tell you, My family went there for a basic cleaning and we adamantly requested only X-rays and services covered 100% by our insurance. They confirmed their "3D scan" was a covered item which turned out to be a scam-100% lie. It is not covered, make sure You check first - don't feel pressured to do anything. My wife asked repeatedly prior to doing that because we never had to do that before at any other dental office. For a basic cleaning (no cavities), that normally runs about $130-175 apps.- Trinity Arts Dental charged over $700 to the insurance which raised red flag anyways and they didn't even do a good job. Warning**Another issue- When we advised the office manager that we needed to review it with insurance within the same week of my service , mind you, because we received three different amounts, this business and office manager became hostile and sent our bill to collections. We didn't even get the first bill. Plus they sent it in for a completely new amount that was over $2100 and yes, insurance had already made pymt (Thank God for the Insurance APP) and this was for 3 Cleaning's. We documented everything because the various amounts provided and inaccuracies gave us red flags plus the office manager was extremely rude and threatened to ruin our credit because we asked to inquire further w/our insurance of what should correctly be billed and owed speaks volumes. As providers within an insurance network, they have contracted rates they need to honor and cannot try to collect the difference from the members which it appears like they were attempting to do. Also, submitting different amounts w/in the same week, for the same date of service ranging from $600 - to over $1900 as well as knowingly submitting to a previous invalid policy and yes for another different amount is a huge consumer violation and that is why I say Buyer Beware. Our insurance got involved and they did clean up the various amounts submitted. However, this last month, we noticed Trinity Arts failed to report to their collections the correct amount again. Although, initially it was over $2100, this time they reported over $600 amount which does not remotely reflect correct according to our final insurance owed amount of $150,which has already been paid(keep all copies). My wife also normally does not do negative reviews but felt compelled to write one to help anyone else from this nightmare recurring, like it has been done to others here, she too was attacked with insults and Threatened as well. It's awfully funny that 2 days later, her email was bombarded with a bunch of Spam subscriptions...possibly a coincidence but hey we're looking into that too. Yes, we have acquired a consumer protection attorney because there's been way too many billing inaccuracies and failures on Trinity Dental Arts to do the right thing. We paid $15,000 upfront for the first part of a procedure for my father. When it came time to complete the second half, my father who is at high risk for Covid, didn't feel comfortable going into the office to complete the 2nd half and because of this they "released" him from there care. Now they are billing our insurance for work that was already paid for out of pocket and repeatedly sending a bill for $19,000. Beautiful and well equipped facility I only wish that what I had been lead to believe by the advertising and initial contact with Angie (my first point of contact) had occurred. After my tour of the facility I was ushered into the consultation room to discuss implants and treatment options which ended up in filling out some paperwork (once again they were very accommodating and filled out the paperwork for me because I suffer from essential tremors which makes it difficult to write). I wasn't aware that they were going to do a credit check and I don't recall authorizing them to do one but I didn't object after the fact. What I found disappointing was that they never offered to do an oral examination with the technology that they showed me and with the dentist who I was introduced to as I left the consultation room. It seemed as though all that they were interested in was how much I was willing to spend without finding out if I was even a candidate for implants. I did not find that to be what a professional service is supposed to be! It seemed more like the young lady was trying to close a sale and really didn't care about the condition of my teeth and gums. I don't normally write about negative experiences but thought that I should write something about this experience so that they can make corrections in their business model. I was looking for a good dentist to get some future dental work done and to have a couple of fillings taken care of that recently popped out when I stumbled across Trinity dental arts. Having a really bad phobia of the dentist I read their reviews, watched their You Tube videos and thought they would be perfect for my needs so I called to make a appointment. When I spoke to the girl on the telephone she seemed really sweet. I explained to her that I have a major phobia of the dentist and just wanted to come in and get my filling taken care of and get used their practices before I had any major dental work done and she told me that would not be a problem. When I got to the office it was pretty and everyone seemed sweet as pie just like in their videos. They brought me in gave me a tour of the office and then took me into the consultation room where I explained to the salesperson that I just wanted to get my fillings worked on and didn't really want to talk about any future dental work until I got used to them because I have a major phobia of the dentist sincee she began selling me on future dental work right away. She gave me paperwork to fill out and said she would be back in a couple of minutes. When she came back she brought a sales menu with her trying to selling me future cleaning exams and a bunch of packages that ranged from $249.00 to $500.00 and again I told her I was really stressed and just wanted to get the fillings taken care of. She then left the room and came back shortly and said she spoke to the office manager and they really needed to at least get a full exam of my entire mouth so they would know what was going on with me and that was only $249. I again told her I knew what was wrong with me I had 2 fillings that came out and I just wanted to get them worked on. At this point she said well we can do a exam on them for $100. I said that would be fine. At this point feeling as if I was in a used car dealership going through the first pass second pass third pass process I began to ask her if she had any idea how much the filling were going to cost or if she had any idea what the office charged for crowns as that was something I wanted to have done in 2 months and she told me she could not give me any prices until after I had my exam done. At this point I felt very uncomfortable and said I just wanted to go home that I felt they were more interested in selling me something rather than fixing my fillings and left. When I got home I called the office as I wanted to let them know how disappointed I was with the visit after waiting a week to get into see them and after reading their reviews and thinking they actually cared about their patients. The gentleman on the other end of the phone who I believe was the office manager told me it was fine if I was not happy with their service as I could not give them enough of my money to except me as a patient. After having a full top Denture for less than one year I realized it just wasn't working for me. I started researching dental implants and providers who preformed implant surgery. First let me say over the years my experience with dental provider has not been so positive, but I scheduled an appointment at Trinity Dental Arts. At first appointment with Trinity Dental Arts I was so impressed with the facility, the professionalism, and friendliness of the entire staff. Dr. Gjelaj took time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions, and explained the entire process to me. Throughout the entire implant process Dr. Gjelaj was wonderful and I am very pleased the entire procedure and outcome. Dr. Gjelaj did what I once thought was impossible she won my total confidence in a dental provider. I am so impressed with the outcome that Dr. Gjelaj and the entire staff at Trinity Dental arts provided that I have started the procedure for the bottom implants. read more

I usually don't post negative reviews because I understand what it can do to a small business and like to give the benefit of the doubt. I can no longer do that with Trinity Dental Arts. They have been misleading and unethical at best with their treatment of my husband and I. Both of us have been patients of Dr Gjelaj for a little over a year now and in April, I had an old crown bothering me so I went in and they stated I needed to replace it. I said fine and made the appointment. They gave me a proposal of cost, my out of pocket would be close to $2000 and insurance would be billed for about $1000. All is good and dandy, get the temporary crown put in and for a week am in excruciating pain, the second day, I had to go back when they first opened because it popped off. They put the permanent one on the following week, pain was still there. Got their follow up call to see how I was doing, they explained it was normal to have pain for about a month, I said ok, hopefully it'll be gone by my next follow up (July 10th) well the pain is not gone and the follow up had to be cancelled. I had another dentist take a look and they state a crown should not have been placed without a root canal first. Aside from the work being done incorrectly, we receive a bill 2 months later for $1100 which is the portion they stated the insurance would be billed for. We call and they say, we have not heard back from the insurance so you are responsible. I say ok let me call the insurance and see what is going on. Insurance tells me the dental office has opted out of accepting Delta Dental as of January 1st 2018. My work was done in April 2018. I call the office manager (Piru) with the insurance company on the line and tell him what they are telling us he tells them well why don't you pay out of network, they say this plan doesn't have out of network. He states oh then customer is liable. I ask him why did he not tell me he no longer accepted our insurance before getting work done.. his exact words were "we do not have the responsibility to go the extra mile, my only responsibility is to fix the tooth and get paid for it" I said so you have no ethical responsibility to not mislead your patients with false proposals when you know you no longer accept their insurance they have had for the past year and he said no I don't. So instead of risking losing a customer by being honest and up front about this back in April, he has now lost two customers for good. Hopefully Dr Gjelaj wises up and no longer allows her practice to be ran like this by her shady husband. Our account is past due because we just received your two bills back to back while we were away this month. We are not trying to get a discount, we were trying to have our insurance cover what you stated they would. We will be mailing your little dental office a check this week and expect a receipt. These are not unfounded accusations, you know what you said on the phone and you know your little paper that I signed because you stated your insurance covers such is what you fall on when you mislead people. Run your practice properly and you will not have to be on yelp fighting negative reviews. read more

Went in for exam, xray and cleaning with my daughter. Got charged over $700. Called back a few months later because I felt like I was cheated. The lady on the phone told me an exam, xray and cleaning will cost around $200. But when I told her the situation, she pulled up my account and said because my daughter got fluoride treatment. You do the math. BUYER BEWARE! One of the values stated on their paperwork is "We do the right things for the right reasons. We tell the truth and say it like it is. We are accountable." That's not honesty at all. REPLY To Owner: "Money is not an issue" is something that never came out of my mouth. Why would I refuse a 40% off discount? And when I did call up, you should have rectified the issue instead of not giving me a straight answer. Okay so lets get everything straight. So calling up your practice, a person asks how much it costs for an exam and cleaning. It took some wrangling to get an answer to an easy question. About $200. If you go back to my original review. About $200 pp. Correct? So with that information a person goes into your practice and after all said and done gets a $705 bill.  What is there to hide? Is the charge dependent on who comes in? So a customer walks in and fills out a form where a question asks, are you concerned with finances? Who wants to answer that and why would it be your concern? your a Dentist not my accountant. Doesn't it sound a bit discriminatory?  Well if he checks no, lets rip him off. If you were upfront with your prices, maybe there wouldn't be an issue. But thank you! Now that you finally have your prices up for all to see so that NO one is blindsided. And from your comment it is thoroughly seen that you never offered a discount. I used a fake name to try to get a price out of you, but you are all over the place! So, anyway, I have gladly taken my business elsewhere. A dentist right around the corner from you. $95 Exam, panoramic x-rays and a cleaning. They were honest and forthright with their prices and treated me and my daughter with dignity. I love Dr. Gjelaj and the whole staff! Everyone in the office is very pleasant and very experienced. I feel like they actually CARE about me and they have always done an amazing job. I had to set up a lengthy treatment plan for all of the work that needed to be done and they were very understanding and accommodating. I've been going to this office since their previous location in Tarpon Springs. I used to be terrified to go to the dentist for two reasons: pain and money, but they are unlike any dental office I've ever been to before. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the surrounding area. read more
