I declined payment and left, never to return. My wife proceeded as she needed some immediate dental work and has been satisfied. This was the complete opposite of my own wisdom teeth removal experience, and even my son's friends were jealous of how minimal his recovery was. They used his own blood, spun it down, and made small clots to place in the sockets, which clearly made a huge difference. I'm truly amazed by Dr. Roman's skill, expertise, and the results. He decided he should do additional work that several other dentists and specialists had strongly advised against. He felt they were all being too conservative and I know he was being too reckless. Some procedures can cause horrible and permanent damage functionally and appearance wise. He is nearing retirement age and I don't think his heart is in this line of work. There are two dentists here as well as hygienists. I was assigned to Aaron. He is as pleasant and gentle as they come, top notch in my book. I had a filling recently and it was almost pain free and quick. Hygienist Alex is a delight, I hope she doesnt move away! Office is nicely appointed with several stunning prints of local photographs on glass. Staff is great, billing accurate, good parking. I stopped by the office weeks prior to fill out paperwork to have my dental records released from my previous dentist, yet they didn't have it during my visit and were trying to call the other office while I was there (closed due to East Coast time difference). My biggest annoyance was getting the runaround when I had a discrepancy with a bill. Before I got a cavity filled, I signed off on the amount due and paid it on my way out. I get a bill saying a owe more, call the office about it and the receptionist said she would have someone call me back. No call back. So I visit in person a few weeks later, where the receptionist agreed about the discrepancy and told me the finance person would call me. No call. It took a third attempt (and telling them to put me on hold because I didn't want to wait for a call back) to finally get the discrepancy settled.
