My wife and I moved to the north coast and needed to establish all the service providers we left behind in the Seattle area. My wife received a tip from someone local that held this dentist in high regard and made an appointment for both of us. Being retired, we don't have dental insurance as it rarely is a good value. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told there was a $400 processing fee that did not include the initial cleaning and inspection, only paperwork required to be a patient. I declined payment and left, never to return. My wife proceeded as she needed some immediate dental work and has been satisfied. The very same day, he had little to no swelling, no bruising, and by the next day, he was already eating solid foods. Within a week, he was completely healed -- no dry sockets and no "chubby bunny" cheeks! This was the complete opposite of my own wisdom teeth removal experience, and even my son's friends were jealous of how minimal his recovery was. They used his own blood, spun it down, and made small clots to place in the sockets, which clearly made a huge difference. I'm truly amazed by Dr. Roman's skill, expertise, and the results. Would not recommend. My husband and I are both travel nurses that live in Astoria full time. The office called to confirm our insurance didn't cover our visit, which we were okay with as we both make great money as travel nurses and we're willing to pay out of pocket for the teeth cleaning. The office continued to harass us via text and phone call to confirm, then today called and automatically canceled our appt because we did not confirm. I called them back to tell them that I was more than happy to pay out of pocket as my husband and I make plenty of money, but if they already cancelled our appt we will go with another dentist in Astoria as it is unprofessional to cancel an appt. Happy to dodge this bullet and am happy to take my money and business elsewhere. read more

Dr. Roman Alexandroff has worked on my husband and my teeth and it has been wonderful, for a dental experience. They have high-tech and new equipment which decreases anxiety, time and pain. Both Drs., a married couple, are extremely kind and gentle. I have major anxiety surrounding dentists, but those fears are deminishing with every visit. Even our little one is able to sit for x-rays...something other dentists haven't been able to do. As a bonus, if you need twilight sedation, Dr. Roman Alexandroff is licensed in offering it, as well as lighter sedation. The staff is friendly, gentle and kind. They work together well with the clients and dentists for a peaceful and well orchestrated time. I can't be the only one who's gone to the dentist and has noticed the tension between assistants and dentists. Here, they work together seamlessly. I can't recommend this dental office more highly. Oh how I miss seeing my Dentists! With the Covid-19 lock downs, I've had to brush and clean extra, to keep my smile healthy. Oh, how I miss Dr. Roman and Dr. Christina Alexandroff. Dr. Roman bonded my bottom front 2 teeth, a year ago. Did such an amazing job. No dentures for me! My smile still needs a good work over, but boy am I grateful my teeth are still here! Soon, I pray I get to get my chipped front tooth fixed. I'm a Bond girl. The thing I love about these Dentists is, they've let me slide without forcing veneers. I'm officially old now, so maybe someday. I've got to admit this. I'm so blessed my teeth have been well cared for and knock on wood, no root canal yet. It's a rare person that enjoys going to the dentist. Dr. Roman Alexandroff, and everyone he works with, understands this and goes out of his/their way to help put folks at ease. I'm a nervous dental patient, yet feel so safe in his hands that I actually fell asleep at my last appointment!!! I always thought this was impossible for me due to my own traumatic experiences in the past with other dentists. I knew that I'd never be able to relax that much....boy, was I wrong! I slept like a baby! He listens to all concerns and talks about his planned approach. He spends as much time as the patient needs to talk over ideas and fears. He has an AMAZING bedside manner and his work is meticulous and beautiful. Additionally, he is certified in iv sedation, which is difficult to find. They also have a beautiful and comfortable new building that has a well stocked waiting room as well comfortable rooms for patients. The place is spotless and the staff is very well trained. I actually know people that drive over 15 hours to have their cleanings with this wonderful dentist....they are that good!!! I could go on and on with sharing about Dr. Alexandroff's dental clinic, but basically, I couldn't recommend Dr. Alexandroff's dental clinic any more highly! read more

Several years ago, this dentist put an implant in and it was so crooked that I could not put a crown on it without looking like Bucky Beaver. I ended up putting a bridge across the two teeth on either side of his crooked implant. It was not too long when the two teeth that made the bridge broke off. This left me with a three tooth gap. I have since had the Alexandroff implant removed and had to have three new implants and crowns installed. This guy refunded me the $1700 for his defective work, but cost me thousands of dollars to get beyond the mess he left in my mouth. It took me a good year missing three teeth to get his mess fixed. I see this dentist has a new fancy office in Warrenton, so, I guess he did some work right and made money. I have been to a lot of dentists in this country and Mexico, but never had anyone screw things up like this. I would never set foot in his office again! read more

I needed professional help fast. That's when I called West Wind Dental. They were able to get me in quickly despite their busy schedule. Their staff was attentive and helpful.
