If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I hardly ever leave reviews but this is the third time I've had…read moreissues with this office. I used to be a patient of Dr. Hampton but ever since he went part time, and sold the office, this place has gone straight into the gutter. I went in for a routine cleaning and was charge over 400. I have 2 dental insurances and they messed up on the billing. I went in to the office to figure out what was going on, and spoke to the office manager, but have yet to receive a response. However, today I get another bill for 39 for a supposed no-show fee, in which my husband physically walked in to the office to cancel the appointment. We made a detour just to stop and cancel it so we knew it would be cancelled, or so we thought. I don't know where or how things can get so messed up with the billing when you go and talk to someone in person... this is ridiculous. I would highly, highly not recommend coming to this place unless you don't mind driving 30 minutes out of your way to talk to people who don't seem to listen.

While the front staff was pleasant and nice Dr. Miller is anything but. My 5 year old daughter had two cavities in her front teeth so she had two caps put on, I called the next day to ask some questions about the caps because they quite frankly looked a little dodgy, they gave my daughter SpongeBob teeth. I was incredibly polite and asked simple questions nothing more nothing less. A cap fell off so I called to set up an appointment and I was informed that Dr. Miller is uncomfortable to work on my child's teeth because I asked questions about the caps in a polite manner. So if you want a man child working on your children's teeth then this is the place for you. I hope you read this Dr. Miller, I would say that you sure don't deserve the doctor title and you're a sorry individual. Have the day that you deserve. If I could give zero stars I would.
