His surgery is, ironically, situated above a sweet shop (!) just off the main market square in the centre of Hitchin with some great views from the waiting room window. He's NHS registered which can be a rarity these days though he does private work too. He's a lovely laid back chap who puts you at your ease - his surgery seems very high-tech and his work (we've had everything from mundane fillings to full root-canal work!) seems great. He's also very good with our children, reassuring, funny and they aren't worried by trips to see him at all.

This was probably the best, most comfortable and professional dental experience of my life. The staff got me in right away (the next morning) and were so warm and lovely. Their offices were professional, really clean and quite state of the art. I saw a beautiful female dentist (not relevant, but she is!) who I *believe* is Dr. Danya Mougharbel, but am not positive and a really friendly female hygienist, both very professional and welcoming. The dentist discovered my gums around the crown were very inflamed and that I needed some gum surgery before the crown could be readhered, which was fine. I felt nothing -- seriously, whatever magic numbing juju they use is miraculous because I felt literally nothing and my face didn't feel like it was sliding off my head, either. Really localized anesthesia -- well done! She reseated the crown and it felt immediately 100% better. No discomfort, no pain, and my bite finally felt normal, which it never had since I'd had the crown initially applied. I was thrilled. I was a little nervous about the cost, but considering they saw me immediately, did surgery and used industrial super mega space shuttle adhesive to keep my crown on (okay, not space shuttle glue), I was pleasantly surprised by a roughly £200 bill. I wish I'd gotten my crown here to begin with! They were so helpful in sending the photos and my file to my US dentist so I could dispute their work. Really immediate customer service by the office management. Thank you, Kings Cross Dental Clinic! I want to come back for a cleaning before I go home!

I bought some over the counter crown adhesive (they actually have tooth repair kits @ Boots here) but it was total rubbish. The crown didn't seat right, and the adhesive didn't hold, plus it caused the dentist to have to clean out the crown before doing a proper job of recementing it himself. Don't bother with those kits, see a dentist - see THIS dentist! Everyone at the practice was very nice & super helpful, they got me in and out in a reasonable time & did a fabulous job. They charge about ₤60 to ₤90 for fixing a crown if you still have the crown & it's intact, on top of an appointment fee of ₤35 - so my visit totaled ₤95 and they were happy to numb my tooth for no additional charge above their quoted prices. Most insurance will cover at least some portion of services like this that you incur while abroad, but either way it's well worth it to get sorted out and on your way! Highly recommended.

My wife and in-laws have been coming here for years and I can see why. The place is bright and welcoming, there is no waiting room aroma and the magazines are all up to date! I see a hygienist about three times a year. I have seen three different girls here and and they have all been A1. My dentist is also very good: quick and confident, though I may look for a change next time around, to see if I can find someone closer in personality to my old dentist: a wild and exciting South African who was obsessed with bite - never had such good laughs in a dentists chair!

Dr. Nabeel was dismissive and unprofessional, openly admitting he's never had dental treatment. He kept commenting on my Invisalign journey when I wasn't asking for his opinion. I went in for an emergency check-up for pain unrelated to Invisalign, but he insisted on offering unsolicited comments. When I asked about the brand of whitening products they use, he couldn't even give a straight answer and made a mockery when I asked if it was Phillips Zoom. He seemed more focused on proving himself rather than addressing my concerns. His people skills and customer service were severely lacking. I called to give basic feedback about this, and I received an unreasonable message from the so-called director of The Dental Hub, who manages both the Milton Keynes and Northampton branches. He told me that a manager would call me and that they welcomed feedback, but instead, he ended up texting me and referred to me as "a pain in the arse"--this message came from the company number. (See attachment) The director seems more focused on walking his dog and sipping coffee than actually managing the practice and handling complaints professionally. He clearly didn't bother to check who he was messaging before hitting send. Just because you're a private company doesn't mean customer service should be ignored. This practice seems like it doesn't care about patient care. I'll be interested to see what the GDC has to say about this. Update: The director reached out via his personal number, offering a brief and unconvincing apology. (See attachment of how they handle misconduct and complaints.) This sums up how this place handles issues.

I have had my invisalign for 11 months now, and the result is amazing. Throughout the treatment they were really friendly and caring at The Hub Dental Practice in Milton Keynes. They was very flexible with appointments time as I had to cancel a few appointments and did everything they could to fit me in to speed up the process. For example, I pay £8 a month and this means that all my check ups, cleaning and x rays are free and I only pay for other treatment which is at a discounted rate. The staff are really friendly and really seem to enjoy working there, the waiting room is really relaxing and comfortable and not really like a dentist waiting room at all and my dental surgeon is really nice although I have seen other dentists when she has not been available and they have been really nice too. The surgeries are really modern and high tech and you really feel like you are getting the best treatment and you are looked after. I have had a lot of trouble with my teeth over the last few years but they have been sorted out here and I don't mind going to the dentist here.
