Myself and husband have been with her for quite a few years now, and we have never had one bad experience, she goes out of her way to be calming and she also is great when it comes to the finacial element as well, as a previous review said there are many denplans you can choose from, or you can may as and when you choose to attend. The reception area is great, and she always has loads of toys out for the kids and drawing stuff, which they love. She also sells a variety of brushes, toothpaste, electric tooth brushes etc, although they are slighlty more pricey than the high street, so i tend not to buy any of them. A great dentist, and in my opinion much better than some of the others in the area.

That's ideal for people who are afraid. If you're just a little nervous then Mandy also offers deep breathing exercies to help relax you. She's great with children too. This used to be an NHS dentists but due to the PCT's lack of funding (they dramatically cut funding to NHS dentists which is why so many dentists became private) this one has become private now. Regardless of that, here you get an excellent caring service and you can opt to join Denplan (there are various plans with Denplan) one of which is where you can pay a certain amount a month and get 2 free check-ups every year plus discounts off other treatment. With the poor service and lack of NHS dentists anyway its only a matter of time before there are only private dentists left. At least this is a decent one. They also have a tv in reception, polished hard-wood floors and a massage chair in reception. Not your run of the mill dentist!

With a family with one dental phobic, one needle phobic and three children, it has been so hard to find a practice we can all feel comfortable in, but in Shams Moopen, we have at last acheived the impossible. Access to the ground floor is good, with wheelchair/buggy ramp to the rear of the building, and parking is not too bad considering the mostly residential area. They are one of the few practices to still be accepting people to the full NHS list, and the NHS dentist is great - you often find you get the trainee/not-so-good practioner doing the NHS work in many practices, but not here.

Waiting area is slightly limited for children but wait times are minimal so this is rarely an issue anyway. For example, I pay £8 a month and this means that all my check ups, cleaning and x rays are free and I only pay for other treatment which is at a discounted rate. The staff are really friendly and really seem to enjoy working there, the waiting room is really relaxing and comfortable and not really like a dentist waiting room at all and my dental surgeon is really nice although I have seen other dentists when she has not been available and they have been really nice too. The surgeries are really modern and high tech and you really feel like you are getting the best treatment and you are looked after. I have had a lot of trouble with my teeth over the last few years but they have been sorted out here and I don't mind going to the dentist here.

I got the missus and now the kids coming here and it's the same with the new chap - Mr Wolverson. He always remembers what you're doing with your lives, what you were doing last time you saw him etc. The kids always get stickers. The reception area has been done up but still suffers from naff magazines and no TV. Having said that you don't tend to have to wait too long as they rarely run behind. If you're worried about going to the dentists you couldn't pick a better place - my grandad hadn't been for about 40 years and came here and was fine. Limited parking.

It's the sort of place that you can easily forget IS a Dentist, all the staff there being just so very friendly and warming! They almost make you forget why you are there! I've visited this Dentist several times since Lindy took, and almost look forward to my visits there. The Receptionist is also great, very friendly and efficient, making you feel at ease immediately you walk thru' the door. Karina Patel is the second dentist in residence there, she also is extremely skilled and very friendly with a wicked sense of humour! You just don't seem to feel 'a thing' at this dentist, they are that careful to avoid any pain. (and I've got very sensitive teeth!) There also is a third dentist in residence here, (not been treated by this one yet), but again, knowing the very high standard of patient care that Lindy sets, I'm sure this one will also be another winner! I was seen by Mr Veer and his assistant for a check up last week and can can honestly say they treated very well, dealt with my nervous disposition excellently - even my gagging at the mouth xray!. I am sat here with a numb mouth having just had my first ever filling - which I had been dreading - and again the team there were friendly, and treated me really well in carrying out the flling and making sure I was ok after.
