Came here once and they had an issue with the drs referral…read more This was sent to them a week before the appt and they decided to tell us that it wasn't good once we got there for the appt. Made the appt for the following week and called multiple times to confirm that they received the referral which they said they did only to find out they didn't when we came in the second time and made us wait for over an hour. Save your self the headache and annoyance and go somewhere where they have actual professionals. If the administration is this poor I can only imagine how bad the dr is. If I could give zero star I would.

My review was never about the doctors or the insurance companies--it was about the lack of communication and follow-through that left me in pain for over a month. I sincerely hope the changes you've implemented prevent another patient from experiencing the same unnecessary delay.

All of the sudden he quit and in the middle of my work I got Doctor GULLERMO CASTILLO; first time he introduces himself he was just extremely rude told me the other Dr left and that he does things his way (whatever that meant). After the other doctor left I went to see Doctor Castillo about 3 times for a crown fitting for one tooth and I still needed a crown on another tooth and still until today NO CROWN! When I would ask him questions he would get defensive, rude, and on my last visit I had enough after I asked him so what are we doing today? and he said he doesn't wanna hear it from me! lol.. he also got defensive and said my insurance doesn't pay him per visit! this is a lie since I see this doctor has been under insurance fraud investigation...STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I went here for my first appointment due to a toothache, and I couldn't have had a better…read moreexperience. The office was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The front desk representative was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. After completing my paperwork, I was taken back quickly. The hygienist asked me about my tooth pain and was incredibly kind and empathetic, which immediately helped calm my nerves. The dentist then came in, introduced herself, and took the time to listen to my concerns. She quickly identified the cause of my pain and explained that my wisdom tooth needed to be removed. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Lagomarsino was absolutely amazing. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process. I didn't feel the needle or any pain during the extraction. I was honestly shocked that I went through with it so easily, and at one point I even thought I could have the other one removed as well--that's how comfortable the entire staff made me feel. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am so happy I found my new dentist.
