had a really great experience here! dr. stubbs and his assistant kaira were friendly and competent,…read moreand very good at taking care of things quickly and professionally. i'd only had a consultation for a root canal but the drive was really far so dr. stubbs offered to do not one but two root canals right there on the spot and set me up with sedation. i elected for the laughing gas, which was unfortunately an out of pocket expense, but it was much better-dosed than what i've had in the past--i felt entirely conscious and aware but completely calm, totally perfect. i was even able to contribute a little to the conversation dr. stubbs and kaira were having--they maintained some light, silly chatter to put me at ease, and it worked like a charm. also, after removing my nose piercing for the X-ray, i accidentally knocked it down the sink drain. it turned out dr. stubbs used to be a plumber and he took the sink apart personally to get it back. i was so impressed and pleased that a doctor would go the extra mile like that! that's more than good service, that's actually caring. thank you so much!

Then, I found Dr. Grant Petersen and his staff. I have gone in several times over the past two years and my anxiety is completely gone. Everyone is very friendly and talkative. I appreciate the tv's on the ceiling to watch a movie during a treatment. I don't mind the numbing needle because of a vibrating tool used to take away the pain of the needle. Dr. Petersen constantly wants to ensure that there is zero pain during the entire visit. I recommend trying this office. I was pleasantly surprised!

How many doctors can and do call and text their patients after the procedure? This was my experience with Dr. Cameron (Pangborn). Simply by sitting in the waiting room it was easy to sense the genuine concern for patients; the ethics; the high standards for conducting their business; and the impressive level of knowledge. The staff members were not simply working there. I sensed that they were really invested. Providers now have to respond in a professional manner to consumers who have learned just a little on the Internet. Dr. Cameron answered my questions wholeheartedly and succinctly. My fears were allayed.

My experience with Ardas Family Dental, as I describe it, was a series of unfortunate events…read more I originally reached out to Ardas with a tooth ache that turned into a root canal for what was described to me as one (1) tooth. The root canal was outsourced and upon returning to Ardas, Dr. Kattaura was 'surprised' and commented out loud 'oh, looks like they did two (2) teeth root canal'. Not sure why she was surprised; but moving forward... She created a temporary while they outsourced the permanent crown. The front advised they would call when they received the new crown. Three weeks later, I personally followed up to discover they actually were in receipt of the permanent 10 days prior (would not know this as there was no follow up call from the Technicians; moving forward... We scheduled an appointment and ran through the fitting process to what I thought was fine, however Dr. Kattaura advised I would need a third outsource procedure recessing the gum lines because the permanent would most likely not have a solid fit. When the Dr. pulled the permanent and replaced the temporary until the third procedure was compiling, she curiously commented out loud 'oh, that is actually fitted quite nice and solid'. Fast forward, my Employer assigned me a project on the East coast taking me away for 8+ months. Upon arriving back to Colorado, I called Ardas to schedule the final fitting come to find they do not keep any crowns and the entire process would begin again (and the Tech's advising the cost would be on me. Notation: the monies paid thus far were in the $3,000.00 + range). Moving forward... I perceived a lot of disconnects with what was communicated with my needs vs. with what I received from Ardas and the outsourcing, combined with Dr. Kattaura's curious comments along the way supporting the disconnect, I concluded this procedure at their practice need to close and call it some loss, for lack of a better word. Ended up with Rankin Mingle Dentistry. Dr. Rankin was able to complete all final procedures...from all necessary gum line work (in-house!) and creating the permanent crown (in house!), ALL IN THREE HOURS! In closing I will say: Thank you Rankin Mingle Dentistry for finishing what was apparently so difficult for Ardas Family Dental's experience. I will add, this is just my time and the series of unfortunate events with Ardas Family Dental I experience, let alone the monetary loss. I would encourage anyone to be vigilant and on guard if they patron Dr. Kattaura and her dental practice.

My journey with Vivid Smile started in October 2024.The office staff welcomed me like I had been a patient for years. And Dr Richardson was very kind and reassuring he could help with implants and told me my bones were strong enough; was not what I had been told in the past by other dentist. I had a cruise planned and my surgery needed to be scheduled a week before that which I was concern and worried but I had to do it because my mouth was a mess. I was so happy after the surgery and the implants were just the temps! I went on my cruise had a wonderful time. I came back and it was time to heal which was fine but I had some bumps in the road nothing to do with the implants just things in life ( I fell down some stairs and fractured my hip). I say this because the office was so concerned and Dr Richardson wanted to make sure I was healing well of course. I would give them a million stars if I could. I LOVED all the modern techniques. I came in for a second opinion only, no treatment done, after an 8-hour failed root canal elsewhere. (Yes, you read that right.) My original dentist (Jack Nguyen, formerly of Awesome Dental) had agreed to pay for the consult, but then he vanished. Instead of resolving this professionally, Dr. Ricketts' office came after me with an outrageously overpriced bill and proceeded to hound me for five years. Even after payment was made (by me, not by Nguyen), they continued to threaten collections until today, when they finally admitted the bill was paid. Incompetent, unethical, and utterly unprofessional. If you value transparency, fair billing, and basic respect, steer clear of this clinic. EDIT: Your response does not reflect my experience. To be clear: I never received any treatment from your office, only a consultation that another dentist had agreed to cover. When he reneged, your office pursued me relentlessly for five years over that bill, even after payment was made. Most recently, you threatened to rescind a fee reduction if I didn't remove this review. That isn't a "communication breakdown." That's harassment and unethical billing.
