Again, he was thorough and quick to deliver the necessary documents. In this particular situation, we have been dealing with selling our old home. The buyers have a terrible inspector. I looked at our old inspection on the property we are selling. The contrast between their inspection and our old inspection really illustrated the quality of Gene's work. Their inspector focused on some really silly items, a pretty obvious attempt to get a commission from the repairs. Additionally, their inspector was not well organized or particularly detailed. It was vague and general at best. Gene's reports were so detailed we only had to reference the page number when we requested repairs from the seller.
