Only minor errors in the project documents and this is why they get +1 star in this review Negatives: Customer service is non-existent. It feels like they are paying me to do the job and I should feel privileged to be able to get a hold of anyone or schedule anyone to show up for weeks. This happened during surveying and during completion, so I and quite confident this is not just holiday season to blame. Be prepared, they nickel and dime you for every little thing when they know you have no options. They knew that county would require border verification form and yet they didn't include it into the contract and had the gall not only to charge me exorbitant amount on top but also for the time it took them to return to the project site and do 15 min of work. They later refunded some of that money when I complained but had a field day again when county asked for grading verification letter. This is a standard document that again should be part of the package but I had to pay additional $300 for them to visit me again and spend whopping 5 min to take a look and print a piece of paper. Very good lawyers charge less than that. All in all, I'm unhappy and feel taken advantage of. Never again.

So before I knew it, it had slight leaks from the top of the window, making a water mark on the inner wall over time. Frans studied the situation carefully, and made a very efficient and thorough repair. And he took measures to have that side of the wall extra protected so that it will stand all further impact from the environment. He worked on this quickly, and reasonably. I am so happy that I know that there is no water seeping into my building, and it is strongly protected to keep it out for a long time.

I paid promptly all invoices until the fourth and final invoice, which had the cost override. Yet he didn't pay workers or materials so I have three liens for work and material that I have been paying for all along. I have not paid the final invoice because he did not give me receipts for any materials or time sheets and has not justified the cost override.
