The seafood boil sauce had hits of spice and garlic! I could smother that all over pasta, sandwiches, pizza, soup, and etc lol. I would definitely order this again, but in a larger portion. The shaved slice steak for the Philly was seasoned well. They were generous with the meat, and the cheese melted nicely in between the onion, and peppers. The fries were standard and crispy. To end the meal dessert was nanas banana pudding! It was stuffed with crushed chessman shortbread cookies. The banana pieces were all the way on the bottom, which made it a little hard to churn in the cup. However, the taste was great, and not overwhelming sweet. Check out bussdown boils!!! You won't be disappointed. Also please be patient as the food is made to order:)

Perfectly grilled bread, the Mac n cheese was creamy and absolutely covered in cheese - this is not a lightweight option but well worth sharing with a friend! My husband had the Mac n Cheese balls; crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside, and the dipping sauce had a little kick to it. The service was quick and the food delicious, highly recommend them and can't wait to try one of their other sammies!

I was super excited about the menu, I had trouble deciding on what to get. When we got to the brewery, there was no line out front. My boyfriend and I ordered the Buffalo Wing grilled cheese, The Mac Daddy, and the fried mac and cheese balls. They didn't have the bacon mac and cheese balls, which was a bummer. I liked that they gave us a number stand to put on our tables and they brought the food to us. That's where the good stops. The fried mac and cheese balls were a HUGE let down. The breading had a weird texture to it, the mac and cheese inside was pretty dry, and definitely needed some more cheese. It didn't have much flavor to it at all. It was disappointing. The sandwiches were very average too. I ate the buffalo wing sandwich. The chicken wasn't bad, but it was just doused with some hot sauce. I love a grilled cheese with a massive amount of cheese, but with the hot sauce everything became a gloopy, greasy mess. It was hard to eat and everything kept sliding out. I never thought I would say this about a grilled cheese, but they probably could have done with not trying to stuff it with as much cheese and grease. I had to end up eating most of it with a fork. The loaded cheese fries with pulled pork did look really good! I wouldn't go out of my way to come to this place. If it was at another brewery the same time I was, I would definitely try the fries next time, but skip everything else. It's honestly not worth the calories.

I am following them on Facebook so I can hopefully catch this food truck again. I am also excited for their new restaurant and look forward to when it opens.

Queens Hot Chicken did NOT disappoint!…read more They gave us a wing to try of their regular fried chicken, and let me tell you--it was DELICIOUS! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. I ordered 10 wings with the Queens Dry Rub, and my son got the Hot Lemon Pepper. We both absolutely loved our meals! My husband just ordered the fries, and that portion was HUGE--easily enough to feed 2-3 people! We washed it all down with their slushies and left super satisfied and already talking about coming back! But I have to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff. We interacted with three employees, and every single one was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A gentleman named Roman (I believe) was AMAZING! He was informative, genuinely happy to help, and his customer service skills were on point. Give Roman a raise! Employees like that make such a difference in the overall experience. Great food, great portions, great customer service, and great vibes. We'll definitely be back!

The kale slaw and pickles on it were great and the slaw did not have too much sauce on it which is a great thing. Fries generous portion and hot, fresh and crispy. Chicken wings-nice and crispy! Fried Chicken-3 piece combo-also very good! It's not overly large inside but there are about 6 booths, and we ate there to eat it nice and hot! Service was kind and the gentleman answered our questions since it was our first time there. The sauce that they serve with the meals is very good! Will return!
