    ALL-AMERICAN SMASH LARGE SMASHFRIES
    Shariff J.

First off I'm not going to bash the food because I made the choice to get it delivered. But instead I will dine in to get it fresh and hot. It tasted pretty good but I won't base it off of it being delivered an hour after being cooked. But the All American Smashburger did have good flavor and the Rosemary fries were very tasty even when not fresh. They flavor profile was new to me and delicious. I really liked them. So I'll just have to the restaurant to get the full experience.

I think smash burger has a tasty burger and the fries with the rosemary seasoning are crispy and tasty. The kids burger is pretty weak, but the regular one is very solid. The bun is a little chewy, burger is a little messy, overall always down for smash burger tho.

The food here is amazing! Plenty of shared parking in the lot for the surrounding business. Smashburger has the best burgers and love the fries. Inside was clean, casual, and inviting. Loved that one of the employees was walked around asking guest how everything tastes and was going. For food, I ordered the Classic Smash Burger with double beef, american cheese, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce, pickles, Smash Sauce, ketchup, served on a toasted bun. In addition I ordered The Smash fries that were tossed in rosemary, garlic, olive oil. The perfect combo. And washed it all down with a fountain Diet Coke! It's really a great location with good service. I forgot just how good the food was here and glasses I stopped. Totally recommend.

We often order this for delivery over any other 'fast food' burger place. Reason? Every single time it comes exactly as ordered, no missing items and the fries, tots and onion rings are still crispy! Smashburger allows you to customize your burgers by allowing you to build it with what you want on them. This time we got two classic smash burgers with bacon, one turkey classic smash burger-with fried egg and a double Colorado burger- extra peppers. We also had two orders of fries- amazing rosemary, garlic & olive oil blend. One order of tots and two orders of onion rings. Everything was crisp and delish!

So fresh, hot & delicious! Nice cashier too. Could tell he was new because the supervisor was watching over him but he did a great job. Great burgers!

    Double Avocado Bacon Smash Burger

We ordered through door dash and the food was horrible. On the BBQ, bacon cheddar burger there was 1 very small bite size piece of bacon on it and no haystack onions. It was not worth almost $7. It was the same size as a tiny $2 burger from McDonald's. We added mushrooms and haystack onions to the Avocado Bacon Smash burger and it was even worse. No haystack onions and 3 very small mushrooms. The lettuce was wilted and looked old. And it was missing the most important ingredients... AVOCADO AND BACON. it's in the name and they didn't even out it on there. Also the fries and tots were cold. The Brussel sprouts are the only good thing to come of this. Needless to say... we will not be ordering from this place again.

First off, my friends' orders got mixed up. Not a big deal, but it was a clear sign that the staff wasn't paying attention. Then the chicken came out, and it smelled like weed/tobacco. Thought I was tripping, but everyone at my table agreed. Not just the smell, it tasted like it too. Like someone had been smoking in the kitchen, or a cigarette got dropped in the prep station and they just rolled with it. Absolutely foul. I brought it up to the manager, and to her credit, she tasted it herself and said it did taste like tobacco. She offered to replace it with freshly fried chicken. I appreciated the attempt, but once it cooled down, same nasty flavor. And to make it worse, the oil was so hot when she packed the chicken that it burned through the Styrofoam container. So yay, I got a side of carcinogens with my meal. If you're looking to increase your chances of getting cancer, this is a nice one-stop shop for that. If it weren't for the way the managers handled the situation, I'd be giving this place zero stars if that were even possible. Everything about this Cane's location is jank and trashy. And to the worker in the back who threw a tantrum every time he messed something up and a customer asked for a fix, maybe don't glare at people like they did something wrong when you can't even do your job and pack dine-in vs. takeout properly. Really hope this place gets inspected, because tobacco-flavored chicken and melting Styrofoam is a nasty combo and has to be a health hazard.

I traveled to Austin earlier this year for work and every Austinite I asked for food…read morerecommendations suggested Torchy's Tacos as a city classic. Regretfully, I never made it to a Torchy's while in Texas--but luckily there's this one right in my backyard at home in Ohio. Torchy's is the Austin institution that went mainstream and is slowly spreading around the country. You'll order on a touchscreen kiosk and choose from tons of different taco and bowl combinations--including breakfast all day! Grab your cup and a buzzer and take a seat; servers will bring out your food as it's ready. I was pretty impressed with the selection overall. From beef to carnitas to chicken to eggs, you can get tons of different taco fillings. The drink station alone is impressive--the typical soda machine options plus iced tea, horchata and even cold brew coffee! There's also a bar if you're inclined to something alcoholic. All of the tacos and the hillbilly queso we ordered were delicious. I was actually impressed with the corn tortillas on my tacos--wasn't expecting them to taste so fresh. Tacos are a great size as well. Two is enough for a decent meal, but they don't pack the toppings on. Any taco you order (I would guess) can be picked up in its entirety. You won't be losing toppings at Torchy's! Service was a bit slow the day I came for lunch but nothing crazy (more like a sit down restaurant than the fast casual it's set up as) and the ambiance is nothing amazing. But the food is delicious, price is decent and I would definitely go back for a little taste of Austin.

I was in by myself with four grandkids (I know, ambitious) but I kept them corralled and most things went ok. A few items were missed on our order and like many small kids two did not want any sauces, pickles or tomato, just the meat and bread. That annoyed the clerk and she rolled her eyes at the kids. They asked later what thy did wrong which was nothing, order it however you like it. But they got that wrong so I'm trying to watch our table and the grandkids, waiting at the counter to get what we ordered while they openly grumbled about it. One said just wipe it all off. Well you really can't do that and if you know picky eaters any remains of the sauces on the bread and those kids might throw a fit. Thankfully I have great grandkids and they were very patient. As I'm asking the kids to be careful and not spill anything I do just that and dump a large drink across our table! Duh! We quickly scramble to grab as many napkins as I can and clean up our own mess. The three teens working the counter (with no customers to care for) just watched us, it was a big mess, and it was my fault. But they did not offer so much as a paper towel, so we went through an entire container of napkins trying our best to clean it up while laughing at ourselves. Our food was fine and and the kids were happy and we left the place cleaner than we started but getting attitude several times from the staff was off-putting and spoiled the lunch for the kids who kept asking why they were acting like that. Some people just have bad manners and are poorly taught how to treat people, these people should not be in service jobs facing the public.

To the point, the food was ok, no better than Sonic my burger tasted just like a double bacon cheeseburger from Sonic. If you had given it to me and told me it was from Sonic I would not have known the difference. Here lies the issue, the Wayback burger costs about twice what SOnic charges. This applies to all their food, everything was way overpriced for the quality. More outrageous, my soda (we all know it costs them pennies to serve) but they charged me $4.59 for a soft drink! Look at my receipt, four burgers, one soda and one milkshake, one order of fries, and one order of Tator tots. At Sonic this would have been about $22 bucks. At the far better Five Guys, it would have been about $40 which is still expensive but better quality than SOnic and we all know Five Guys gives you a boatload of fries. Our order was over $72 dollars! $72.70 in fact! Don't tell me about inflation or higher wages, it simply does not cost that much to make a cheap burger with paper-thin bacon. That may be why the place was empty at 1 in the afternoon when every other burger joint on the planet would be packed. Honestly, if they were amazing burgers that were huge with a cornucopia of fries maybe, but for most people $72 is not a reasonable lunch price for four people.
