A couple of the rooms were not working so that was a bummer but they have plenty of rooms so it wasn't that inconvenient. Something to note: You don't leave with your piece. It takes about 2 weeks for them to fire and finish each one. They said we would be contacted once our pieces were ready to be picked up. The mission we were on was called Sole Survivor. It was really cool to have objectives and I even won once - which totally shocked me. The vests fit a variety of sizes. This place was so much fun. Unfortunately, I have received little to no assistance in resolving the issue. At this point, I am left with no choice but to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and regulatory channels. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I hope others are aware of the potential difficulties when trying to cancel a membership.
