I tried to tell her how I wanted my hair cut (been getting it cut this way for over 20 years), no blunt cutting and to have it all chipped into and she just did what she wanted to do, insisting there are many ways to perform the technique. She got so upset, that I was questioning her techniques, that she sternly said to me..."YOU AREN'T A HAIR STYLIST" and then told me, "SHE WAS FINISHED" and then told me to leave her salon. Better Business Bureau here I come...I would not send my dog there for a trim. She thinks that just because she has been cutting hair for 34 years that she knows what is best for her customer. What a joke...it is called tangles for a reason...you leave there in tangles.
