I got unnecessary damage to my hair and not even the color I wanted. I also got snarky comments from the owner, Shantel. It also felt like they were just trying to rush me out of there. Although there is a spa upstairs, I was told to sit in a chair in the downstairs hair salon hallway while the girl used a foot bath like the ones you buy at Target to use at home. The footbath tipped over once and I had nowhere to my foot other than the dirty floor when she took it out of the footbath. I tried to hold it up, which was very uncomfortable. The person giving me the pedicure only brought down 5 colors from upstairs to choose from, and the one I liked she couldn't open so I had to settle for a color I wasn't crazy about. She buffed the callouses on the top of my feet but forgot the heels. She also did not rub my legs or feet like most pedicure places do. This was about the same experience I would get at home with my niece painting my nails, and was definitely not worth the money! At the end the person giving me the pedicure told me she was a recent graduate and was a hair stylist, not a manicurist. She was super nice, but I felt ripped off by the pedicure and I now have to wait for the super short haircut to grow out.
