Initially, the services were spot on, but the most recent visit was a big letdown. The stylist cut his hair quickly and assumed he was done. He had told her he wanted his beard and mustache trimmed. She forgot and he reminded her. The shop wasn't busy and she could have taken time to do the beard trim properly. Instead she quickly and haphazardly trimmed his beard, didn't do the mustache and neglected to brush the cut hairs off of his collar and shirt. It was the sloppiest haircut he has had. We aren't sure what the issue is with this location, but he used to be pleased with their service, but the last two visits have been disappointing.
