The so called manager Tonya is definitely not qualified to be a manager is one of the rudest, most uneducated and polite people that I have ever met. She screams and hollers at her employees in front of the customers using foul language in front of my kids, and she also was talking bringing up religion and saying who's religion is bad and which is not and I was so upset with her that I left and I didn't even end up getting my haircut that time, but I was getting ready to walk back out of the store, after I bought some supplies and I saw this beautiful African-American woman just gorgeous and she had a real warmth smile ,,, safe smile she said "ma'am will you please come back in the salon and let me do your wants and needs for your hair? I was so shocked and captivated by that genuine smile that that I went in and she gave me the perfect hair cut and style. never went back in but she just had a very inviting spirit very professional, very relaxing and she made me feel comfortable after how I felt so nasty with Tonya and her dis attitude. It was like Ebony Star was fixing Tonya's foul mischief cause I was planning to never go back and I been going and sending ppl there since you all opened for business.I don't think Tonya is manager appropriate if you want consistent business and customers. Ebony Star seems like the type of manager I would want running my business and keeping my customers coming back to back . Tonya is a little bit too old and nasty and rude, and if I must say OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER. knows better than to act like that and cursing your employees out because of something she did on someone schedule and I only know that from her screaming it throughout salon. And using foul dirty lang around my children I kindly ask her to respect my boundaries with the language and my young children who do learn and repeat. She told me if I didnt like it then it was my problem not hers. And then she said These GD and their religion bs can kiss my ass Muslims ,Jews,Christian,and any f*****ing more are all drinking Jim jones coolaid and I'm not falling for the God and Allah and crap.And she also said she thought gay men were aids infected and deserved to be on a deserted island, and starve to death. rude and unprofessional and inappropriate can one person be at that age you think would know how to treat people the golden rule we learn that kindergarten right I'm gonna go as far as I can up the command of chain that there is with the Through the Better Business Bureau down to the owner down to whoever and report her and have her taken from that job because she doesn't deserve it and I'm gonna make sure that anybody that I know that goes there and everybody that goes there for does not go back until she is no longer the manager But I did rent you guys one because that was what I had to give you guys but on the other hand, the girl that my hair what a wonderful lady she was beautiful me feel beautiful. She gets five stars and I hope she's always there working she deserves to be And then I bet the Customer population will change for sure. Thank you for hearing me out. Worst hair cut ever. There was maybe 5 minutes spent cutting and all I asked for was a simple trim and keep the style I have. I should have said something while I was there but didn't realize how bad until I started looking in the mirror at home. This is how I wanted to wear my hair... please tell me this is at all acceptable for some who has had any training at all I understand I maybe didn't show a picture so if wasn't perfect for $20 I wouldn't be mad but it honestly looks like it was done intentionally bad.
