There was only one time where I had a less than stellar haircut which happened due to a communication error, but I went back shortly after leaving and one of the women was able to fix it up sufficiently. One thing to note, the place isn't always well staffed, so just keep that in mind if you're in a hurry or have somewhere to be. But honestly the hairdressers I've seen in my visits here are generally quite professional and seem to know what they're doing.
