There was only one time where I had a less than stellar haircut which happened due to a communication error, but I went back shortly after leaving and one of the women was able to fix it up sufficiently. One thing to note, the place isn't always well staffed, so just keep that in mind if you're in a hurry or have somewhere to be. But honestly the hairdressers I've seen in my visits here are generally quite professional and seem to know what they're doing. I came in to have my hair simply cut to a medium length with long layers. The male hairstylist…read morebegan to cut my hair bluntly. Within 10 minutes he stated that he was basically finished unless I was doing layers, which I had already stated I wanted. While cutting my hair, he did not check to see if both the left & right sides were equal to each other. When cutting the layers, he used similar techniques other stylist use except I noticed he left some pieces uncut, as if not finishing the line. So now I had hair that was blunt, uneven and choppy. When I stated that the front was extremely blunt, he began to justify himself saying that it can't be more smoother than what it is and that I have to push most of my hair back when styling it myself. I told him I wear my hair straight and it will naturally fall forward so it needs to be smoother. I had hair framing my face which was 3 inches shorter than the hair beside it. While "fixing" my hair, the hairstylist began to say he knows what he's doing and how he has a lot of experience cutting hair as if it was to let me know I did not know what I was saying. The worst experience ever. I knew there was nothing I can do at this location to have my hair fixed and ended up going to a higher end salon to have it evened out.
