I made an appointment on Saturday with a stylist I was told was one of their best who just happened to have an opening on Monday. The receptionist and I talked about my husbands family (she knew his cousin)and I added eye brows on to the appointment after being told about their other services. I was SO looking forward to a fresh change. When I showed up there Monday, they had no record of my appointment. They had my info (had to be entered on Saturday) but no record of appointment. I just cannot say how disappointed I was with them......Back to the drawing board.

i had wanted more or less highlights and i wanted the really blond chunks throughout my hair. the…read morefirst stylist to do my hair was fine for about 15 minutes. she had to go for a family emergency so then i get another girl who didn't know whart was going on, so she just took out my foils and washed my hair. no toner nothing just foils out and hair washed. then yet i am now with another stylist who was responsible for cutting my hair. well she didn't cut my hair the way i explained it to the first stylist. she did not cut around my ears she did not style it right.now i'm being charged over 200.00 for my hair and all three stylist want tips i'm sure. well i did not give any except to the stylist who cut my hair. she at least tried,. everyone else were too busy. and the way i saw the salon it only had one other customer with hair., and i saw two older ladies getting their feet done. otherwise it was empty. no wonder their charges are outrageous. i had no idea it was going to be over 200.00 the service is poor, the prices are high and the stylist don't know what the hell they are doing.!!!!! do yourself a favor stay away prices are way cheaper at jc penney and you get great stylist there that really give you one on o ne attention!

They sat me in a haircutting chair as soon as I walked in. Bailey did an excellent job on my haircut. She was personable, friendly, and professional. I liked the way she cut and styled my hair. She used MVRCK (pronounced "Maverick") dry paste, and I liked it so much that I took a photo so I can buy it the next time I need hair product. The only thing I did not appreciate was that the credit card machine gave me default tip options that exceeded 25%. This seemed odd to me, as I understand 25% to be the current standard. I had to take the time to click "Other" and then enter the amount I wanted to tip, which was annoying to me. I also worried that it made me look like a jerk, which of course was not my intention. My intention was to give a good tip for a job well done. Overall, my experience was very good. I recommend Bailey with no reservations.
