As demonstrated by numerous certifications hung on the wall Alayne, the esthetician, has many years of experience in the business. They have a nicely arrange wall cabinet of products for purchase. It also does not have any unpleasant product odours. Just over a week ago, we went again. After a cut, which this time took less than 8 minutes, I always look it over and mention if there is any adjustment needed. (Happy wife means happy life, right?). This last time, I mentioned a few spots near the top were a bit long/uneven and that the front (bangs area) was still a bit long. The stylist just disregarded my comment and said his hair is curly, it is going to be uneven. I mentioned that usually, the hair needs to be cut from just about every angle. She again disregarded and said there is nothing more she can do. I found this odd, as many stylists before her have done what I was asking and usually take about 15-20 minutes for a cut. We paid the fee, left unhappily and less than a week later, needed to find a new barber as his hair was already unruly and looking like it had been over a month since his last cut. I think I am more disappointed in the responses to my requests, than the end resulting haircut... We will not be returning to this location again in the future...

From what I can hear (it's hard not to overhear conversations in a hair salon) most customers are on first name basis, chatting about their sons and daughters, cats and dogs.
