I had Mary as my hair care proffesional and she was extremely attentive to what I wanted but also used the upmost caution in maintaining the integrity of my hair. We not only discussed our initial visit, but a long term hair care plan to get me to the level of blonde I desire with the least damage and maximum growth possible. Not only Mary, but all of the other hair care professionals that I could overhear were very friendly, appropriate and mild mannered. Their scheduling process is not set up right either it can still be up to a 45 minute wait even with check in, and sometimes one can just drop in and get a cut right away.
