Today I went in for the first time. I've heard wonderful things through word of mouth from…read moredifferent friends. I decided to book an appointment to color with Kimi S. She was very kind and the environment was relaxed. I showed her pictures of what I wanted (I had 3 different color schemes/styles to show her) and I basically trusted her to use her judgement and do what she thought was best. I'm not hard to please but I want quality work. The other stylists were funny and nice. I enjoyed the overall environment of the salon. Kimi took her time while coloring, it was a detailed and delicate process. I really appreciated her attention to detail (especially once I saw it dry). I have been going to super cuts since I moved to Maine and it's been okay, but hardly what I wanted. When Kimi cut my hair it was as if she fixed anything that was ever wrong with it. Not to put down the people I have been to before, but Kimi really paid attention and took her time. The finished product is beautiful! We decided to keep it warm and I can come back to lighten it as I wish. I honestly have not had better results with my hair before and I'm extremely happy with her work. The mix of colors and dimensions are perfect! :) I'm definitely going back to Kimi!

I have been getting my hair cut by Holly for years (10+). She listens when I ask for "just a…read moretrim". And asks "are you sure" before major cuts --like past my shoulders to a bob. My hair is very very straight so even minor "mistakes" show....and never a problem. All the staff I have ever met has been friendly and professional.

Well I'm not even sure where to start, I was walking through the mall and noticed that there wasn't…read moreone person in Regis (not even an employee) but I needed a quick fade and figured well I don't have to wait in line at the other shops so I decided to enter. I should of realized why nobody was in the salon but that's my own fault. So I walk in and waited at the counter for a good 18 mins before a larger heavy set woman in black came out from the back room and immediately noticed her eating something with a mouthful of something mumbling hello do u need a cut? Umm yup that's why I've been standing here for 20 mins indeed! I can't remember her name but I think it was something like bony or bonne. I proceeded to tell her that I want a number 1 on the sides and faded into a number two on top. A fairly common men's cut I assumed, well she looked at me like I had three heads and basically complained that she had to fade and do alittle extra work on this cut. Hindsight is 20/20 but I certainly should of turned around and walked out right then but I proceeded to tell her I have a little bump above my left ear and just to be careful with the clippers cause it's been jabbed into it before and is not a pleasant feeling. Well with in the first five mins she stabs the ends of the clippers into that little bump and makes me bleed! I wash it off and continue with the cut. She was extremely rude to myself and while I was in there a lady came in and asked for a color change and the manager says well I'm the only one working and we are pretty busy so you'll have to set up an appointment at another time! I'm looking around and I've been the only one in the store for a good 45 mins now so I'm pretty sure she just dint want to do any extra work(her job) and be lazy until closing time! However my hair came out AWESOME besides the two big chunks of divots that she took out of my back and left side above my ear! I really wish you could give negative reviews but I understand that a one star is below satisfactory! Needless to say that a tip wasn't needed. The first time in my life that I have not tipped my stylist! Regis a friendly word of advice- please review who your employees are especially the ones who are Trying to manage your store. You don't have to believe me, just read all the rest of the negative one star reviews and make your own judgement!!!
