The atmosphere is top notch, they're VERY cleanly, and extremely detailed consultation. I've had Brylee a couple of times and she is such a sweetheart and very accommodating. The first time I saw her we had great conversation and laughs and the second time I went I felt bad because I was so quiet but it was because the day before I had a terrible day and once she ​got to shampooing my hair it was so relaxing that the d​ay before melted away in the sink for me.‍ I ​was able to just relax and disassociate a little without ANY pressure of conversation, she seems to understand that some people are talkative and some are not, s​o I love the duality. I will absolutely book with her again. I usually go 8 weeks but I'm already excited to book with her again.

Just a really good cut, took very little time and she even offered a hot towel, which my usual Supercuts never offered. Quite the nice experience, and they just gained a new customer.

I left my name and went grocery shopping. I was back 50 minutes later. Checked in, they said "You're all set ", sat down and proceeded to watch everyone in the waiting area get serviced. What was the point of taking my name if not to put me in the queue for 50 minutes later? Feeling frustrated, I asked the person at the register when my turn was, she answered "You're next" so I sat back down. Imagine my surprise when a woman walked in and that same service person whisked her right into a chair. At this point I'd had enough frustration for one day so I left. Unbelievable.

Today I went in for the first time. I've heard wonderful things through word of mouth from…read moredifferent friends. I decided to book an appointment to color with Kimi S. She was very kind and the environment was relaxed. I showed her pictures of what I wanted (I had 3 different color schemes/styles to show her) and I basically trusted her to use her judgement and do what she thought was best. I'm not hard to please but I want quality work. The other stylists were funny and nice. I enjoyed the overall environment of the salon. Kimi took her time while coloring, it was a detailed and delicate process. I really appreciated her attention to detail (especially once I saw it dry). I have been going to super cuts since I moved to Maine and it's been okay, but hardly what I wanted. When Kimi cut my hair it was as if she fixed anything that was ever wrong with it. Not to put down the people I have been to before, but Kimi really paid attention and took her time. The finished product is beautiful! We decided to keep it warm and I can come back to lighten it as I wish. I honestly have not had better results with my hair before and I'm extremely happy with her work. The mix of colors and dimensions are perfect! :) I'm definitely going back to Kimi!

I couldn't believe how quickly she had completed the job. When we got home, my daughter took down her hair to discover a two inch difference from one side to the other! She's been in tears ever since! We had scheduled a highlight in a few weeks, which we will obviously be canceling.
