There was no response back besides a look, and when I asked about availability, the response I received felt cold and dismissive. One of the women at the front desk did seem kind--I wish I had spoken only with her. As someone who just moved to the area, I was hoping to get some helpful information and maybe become a new customer. I rarely leave reviews, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's a shame, because the place itself looks great. But based on that first impression, I won't be returning. The way I was treated made me feel like a bother rather than a valued potential customer.

I've gone to her for waxing only and somehow she does the best job while also making it not hurt too much and I don't breakout as much. The first time I saw her we had great conversation and laughs and the second time I went I felt bad because I was so quiet but it was because the day before I had a terrible day and once she ​got to shampooing my hair it was so relaxing that the d​ay before melted away in the sink for me.‍ I ​was able to just relax and disassociate a little without ANY pressure of conversation, she seems to understand that some people are talkative and some are not, s​o I love the duality.
