Crossroads is an incredible brand new storage location accommodating motor-homes, boats, vehicles…read moreand many other storage needs. We visited the facility last week and were truly blown away by all the features and the exceptional customer service. They have lots of enclosed units in a variety of sizes, with the largest big enough to store our 45-foot motor-home. The enclosed units have temperature control and their own electrical panels along with coded access. There are also canopy options, which have electrical hook-ups AND fire suppression systems. And the entire facility is surrounded by a high wall, security cameras and storm drainage. In fact, we learned the entire facility has been built to withstand severe weather. Lastly, the owners are wonderful (which was mirrored by the other customers we met last week) - this is a family owned business and you can tell their genuine customer service and communications come from the heart AND the sincere desire to be successful by way of providing a great storage option with excellent service. Pricing options give real value for money and with no flexing. And we were told we can use the wash bay for free. We researched lots of places in the surrounding area and we would absolutely state this is the best option by far. In fact, we've not seen anything like it anywhere. 10/10. Just got hitched today! Woo-hoo!!!!!!!!!!! :)…read more Went in with my wife at 3:16pm on Wed. 5/23/2018 to see if they had parts and if they could install. They said they did but then they noticed they sold it that day to another gentleman. I was a little down hearing that they had it but then no they don't. But then they said they would order me parts and let me know once the parts came in and we could set up appt to get it installed and I can pay after all of the work is done. I said ok sounds great. So Dominic Fisher ordered my parts to get there in a week. I was super excited and could not wait. Time went by I called on 6/5/2018 and wanted to know if my parts got there I talked to a young guy on the phone. I let the guy know it's been a week and 6 days did my parts arrive yet? He said I'd have to talk to Dominic Fisher the other young guy that was supposed to have ordered my parts to get there with in a week which was what was said. He said he will leave Dominic a meager to call me. I said ok, and then the next day on Wed. 6/6/2018 10:09AM I just decided to go in. Peter another older gentleman helped me, very kind and friendly and professional. He looked in the back for me and said it was there and we scheduled the appt to get it installed on 6/9/2018 which it finally happened and worked out. Peters and Kent Leis the 2 older gentleman were very professional and respectful and very reliable. Both very hard workers. Made appt for today at 10Am. 10AM: got there waited in line which took a while. Checked in and gave keys once it was our turn to get to counter. 10:35Am They slowed down a little to be able to get my truck to the back and start working on it. 10:40Am wife and I walked to shell factory which was close by. Got a text from them at 11:30Am telling me my truck was ready. And I called them right after the text and talked to a female which she did also say my truck was ready. Said ok we will head there now. So my my and I walked back to the U-Haul to pay and pickup my vehicle. Kent Leis knocked down the price for me some because of the wait time that we had to wait because they were slammed and it was passed the time and took longer than expected. This is why I give 5stars instead of 3 because Kent and Peter where very professional and they knocked the price down so instead of paying $211.90. I paid $190.40. Because they care about satisfaction and value their customers. I really appreciate the hard work and effort into taking care of my vehicle and my wife and I. They are pretty busy. So far every time we have gone there which was 3 times, they had lines of customers. Thank you Peter and Kent Leis. You both were awesome. Also just some advise for U-Haul company, if possible I'd hire some more front desk side for people to get in and out quickly as possible and the young kid I talked to on phone, wasn't very professional in my opinion I didn't get his name which he was lucky. And Dominic was very friendly and he just needs some more training in my opinion to gain better knowledge of how to do some of the work better like the computer system. He was very customer service friendly and welcoming though. So that's great. But that young kid on the phone that I talked to that said he will leave a message for Dom, he definitely needs to gain better customer service training for sure. Not good. He worked on 6/5/2018 I believe. Anyways other than that like I said my hitch is on and looks amazing. So happy with the decision I made to get one installed and that's all for U-Haul! Thank you. Oh yeah and I have a life time warranty for my hitch for just $5. Excellent!
