Once I was transferred to the manager (Sweet Ashley) of the facility I was interested in, I was blessed with the sweetest voice. Ashely was super knowledgeable and instantaneously knew all the answers to my questions and was willing to help me find the right storage that fit my needs. She secured my space with a reservation and in the most respectful way, let me complete my paperwork in the comfort of my own timing. If it wasn't for her, my stress level would be through the roof. Fast-forward a month later, just when I thought this storage location couldn't get any better, they literally over achieve with flying colors. Every single person on this staff team is a gem. I have to admit that I never thought that I would be renting a storage unit but between the…read morerenovations of my home and all the excess marketing materials for my job and projects, I needed one fast or my loft was going to resemble an episode of hoarders. I chose this location due to the close proximity to my home and overall convenience. I became a bit frustrated when I initially called in for some information on pricing and availability of units, the lady who answered was friendly but I never received a call back from the manager as she promised. Since I needed a unit immediately, I popped by the office a few days later and was offered great customer service, clear information on pricing and policies, and made a $10 deposit on a 10X10 unit. I pay around $115 for a 3rd floor unit (no heating/ac) which also allows for package and shipment deliveries and access to the facility from 9am - 9pm. If you opt to pay another $10 a month, you can have access for 24/7 too. The nice thing about this place is you don't have to commit to any complicated contracts as it is billed monthly. Easy breezy! You pay a $25 administrative fee when you commit to renting but this also includes a lock with 3 sets of keys. Overall, this location appears safe and accommodating which are pretty much my basic requirements for a storage unit. TIP: They sell boxes here. Oodles of them. TIP: Check out their website for any special promotions or deals! I was able to save $5 a month due to doing a little research! Every dollar counts, right?

He was very polite and professional, and took special care to place the POD where we needed while being very careful no to damage the sprinklers adjacent to the driveway. The service reps that I worked with over several reschedules were very professional and helpful. I will mention that the customer-facing information systems at PODS leave something to be desired. The e-mail specifying the delivery window that was received the night before, the myPODS website and the automated phone system specified 3 different windows.

Buyer Beware - DO NOT USE PODS…read more We used PODS (booked through our Costco membership) to store our furniture during a home remodel for the months of July and August, 2026. The delivery was great, we loaded our main living furniture into the POD, and it never left our driveway. However, when the remodel was complete we began unpacking the POD, we found there was a major leak which ruined thousands of dollars worth of furniture. Our mattress soaked up about 8 inches worth of rain water, and our wood furniture was completely ruined. We contacted PODS, sent numerous pictures and videos of the damage, and we were assured they would handle it appropriately. We were told by Ashley and Carlos that the POD would be picked up the following week for testing, and that they would contact us with a resolution. Instead, the POD was not picked up and we were charged for an additional month because they were short on drivers. We still have not been reimbursed for that month. The POD was finally picked up the following week, September 4. We met the driver in our driveway to ensure he knew that this POD should be taken for "testing." He knew nothing about the situation, and the POD was about to be returned into the normal rotation, for the next homeowner. We have called and emailed PODS numerous times and they will not return our calls or emails. We have an advocacy claim, that they are ignoring. We have lost well over $10,000 worth of furniture that had to be thrown away due to mold and warping of the wood, and are still deciding how to proceed with this matter.

Public storage rented me a unit knowing it had a leak in the roof. They committed fraud when they failed to have full faith and disclosure when renting the unit. The manager became argumentative when asked why they would know rent a unit with a hole in the roof. she said it was an old building and they have problems. When corporate was contacted, they acted concerned, created a "ticket", said they'd get back to me in one day. That was a week ago. As for my damaged property? The manager said turn it into insurance and washed their hands of the whole the whole thing.

The manager, I forget her name but she was always very nice and even when my friend accidentally broke off my key while it was In the lock (long story) she offered to replace my lock for free when she didn't have to (and it was the most expensive lock they sell). I may have been late paying rent a couple of times but the manager was always kind and helpful. The manager deserves to be promoted, give her a corporate job. She's surpassed her duties as a location manager. The only down side of this public storage is that it's not in the best location but it's always been secure and I've never seen or heard of any problems. The only they could of done better is give me a discount as I rented from them for as long as I did hahah. 9/10 rating overall.
