My CPAP clinician recommended Fairway when I moved to the Valley. They are a little smaller than the first supplier I worked with. Also, I believe family run. Why does this matter? To a person they are very customer focused and caring. I have never had even one small problem with them in 6 years. Some issues can be dealt with by phone. Others require me to visit their office which is just south airport. As evidence of how positive I am about them, I live in North Scottsdale and happily drive for 45 minutes by many, many competitors to do business with Fairway Medical.

I planned to leave as soon as I found it. Lauren Johnson asked me if she could help me find what I needed as I entered then did just that. There was a no pressure to buy one of the more expensive lift belts. It was apparent that she was most concerned in helping me to buy what was truly best for my friend. I realized there might be a few things I could use for myself which I told her. Her response was to say please browse and she'd help me further if I needed her, then she did just that. When I accumulated some things, I took them to Lauren. She asked me why I was buying one thing because possibly there was something that was less expensive that might do a better job. Once I looked at it, I could see she was correct. How nice that I had all the time I wanted to look, then she may the suggestion! Luaren really knows her merchandise and how to present it in a professional manner... Yelpers should know that the prices at Arizona Therapy Source are very reasonable. I bought heel lifts at a competitor, Hangers, the week before. I bought the identical lifts from Lauren for half the cost. I don't expect items you have to buy for therapeutic sources to be cheap but the prices at ATS make it easier. Now let's talk about the situation that really cemented my five star rating. An item I bought had to be returned. When I went to the senior living center, it was obvious the item was okay, but the box had been damaged. I came close to not going back when I saw that box, but decided all they could say was no. Lauren was there today. I explained about the box. She smiled and asked for my credit card to do the return. I ordered these astronaut looking shoes online (not from here), but they wouldn't arrive in time. Yelp rescued me once again when I searched for a scrub store. Uniform Destination came in clutch when I called ahead to see if they sell any shoes that fit my specifications. The lady said they had one style that wasn't a clog, so I drove in about an hour later (she put them on hold for me) to check them out. They don't exactly hold the cool factor in my book, but it became my only viable option at the time. The 8.5 was surprisingly snug, so I bought the 9. They have kept my feet comfy, but I do wish they had holes for ventilation. They got me through my first 2 weeks at my new job and will remain in my rotation now that I have collected other pairs. At $35 for the shoes, it didn't break the bank, which of course made my day. They have a good selection of scrubs and accessories as well. I'll keep Uniform Destination in mind if I need to shop for more scrubs, or to replace the shoes (which will eventually happen). The staff is friendly and the prices are average.
