We had the typical Hawaiian traveller's dilemma: we had to check out by 11 am, and of course, we were on a red-eye night flight back home. We didn't want to rent a car the last day, so what would we do with our luggage on the last day? The condo we stayed at would not store our bags, as this was not a hotel, so Paradise Transport solved this problem easily for us. I called and was told baggage pick up would be $20 for 2 bags for the day. A fee of $15 would apply for bag drop off that evening, but if we booked them for airport transport, the fee would be waived. We needed a ride to the airport anyway, and were charged the low price of $18 each. The pickup lady for our bags was on the minute punctual, cheerful and the SUV type van she drove was a newer model and spotlessly clean inside. Our airport ride driver was early, cheerful, and we could not have asked for better service as well as a smooth, safe ride to the airport. Call these people first, for baggage storage, or airport transportation! Mahalo :-D

Mark responded and sent me a text so I could give him the exact details. He said he had me down for the day and time I requested. No one showed up. I texted 15 minutes after the agreed upon time and again 30 minutes later and said I considered it a no-show and would go to plan B, but that I do write reviews and I would give an accurate account of the situation. At least half an hour later, after we had stored our bags at the airport instead, he contacted me apologizing for the error and offered to store our bags for free, but it was too late. Bottom line...I would give them a chance, but I'd call to confirm ahead of the actual pick up time.

We had an upgrade and got a sedan/coup upon pick up. I was able to change the drop off location, since I was staying in Waikiki; and it was more convenient to drop off near the hotel. The Gal at counter in the Airport was super nice, and the Mobile app made it a breeze to pick up the car. Returning the car was a little confusing since I did not know where the office inside the Marriott was. I was able to ask the concierge where the drop off box was since they were closed on the weekend. Overall great experience from start to finish from booking and returning the car rental.

After an amazing vacation, our airport transportation experience was a complete nightmare…read more When you call to confirm your airport pickup, dispatch instructs guests to wait outside the Beach Walk entrance. However, the drivers actually pull into the hotel to pick up passengers. My girlfriends and I had two different pickup times, and on both occasions we nearly missed our rides because we were given incorrect instructions by dispatch. To make matters worse, Courtney, the manager, was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional when we tried to resolve the issue. Ironically, both drivers apologized and told us that dispatch frequently gives guests the wrong pickup instructions. The only bright spot was our driver, Scott. He was friendly, professional, and outstanding. He deserves recognition for providing excellent customer service despite the confusion created by dispatch. Management needs to address this communication breakdown immediately so future travelers don't have the same frustrating experience.

I know people think that travel agencies aren't needed anymore because of the internet but I can't come close to the pricing Amy is able to find using a website on my own. Royal Adventure's pricing for roundtrip tickets to France were half of what my credit card's travel agency wanted to charge.
