The driver who picked me up after my appointment was great also. I wanted to commend this gentleman for not driving away after he dropped me off. Instead he watched to make sure I got in the house safely. What happened was when I fell he saw me fall and got out Of his van to assist me. I was so grateful for his concern for me. I will definitely be using them again for transportation to my appointments from now on.

The drivers are always very nice and they are terrific drivers. The pickup from the memory care facility is always great! They are on time and professional. The return trips(I am talking about weekends only) have not been as good. One time we had to go out into the parking lot because the driver was laying down in the vehicle on his phone and didn't get the notice to pick us up. The second time there was a wreck (which I know can't be helped) and they were 30 min late pickup my dad. This caused some other issues for us. I would recommend you pay to have them wait for the return trip if it's a weekend since they are short staffed (their words not mine) on the weekends.

This company has incredibly predatory business practices…read more It is incredibly sad that this company has such sketchy business practices designed to take advantage of the disabled and vulnerable. Their charges for transportation are already incredibly astronomical ($122 RT to go 15 minutes away) and to make it worse, they still charge for rides they did not complete and refuse to honor the terms and conditions stated on their website. They have no management and refuse to answer customer complaints so beware before you decide to give them your credit card as this company will not hesitate to bill astronomical charges and will not have any staff to discuss issues with you. Please, please be careful before you book with this company.

Jeremy, an Emt came out within two hours With his medical bag. I was tested for Covid and the flu. Jeremy diagnosed that I had an upper respiratory infection. I talked to Laura at their office and answered some questions. A prescription was called in for me at Kroger's. Jeremy said the sound that my lungs were making sounded like pneumonia. My General Practitioner, doctor couldn't see me after several days after repeated calls to them. The cost at Dispatch Health was $60 the same price I would pay to go to an urgent care. I have never had better care from any doctor. After taking the medication for a week, I got better and my lungs haven't sounded this clear for at least a year. Thank you Jeremy Laura and Dispatch Health. PS they even have a mobile x-ray vehicle. Dennis
