The drivers are always very nice and they are terrific drivers. The pickup from the memory care facility is always great! They are on time and professional. The return trips(I am talking about weekends only) have not been as good. One time we had to go out into the parking lot because the driver was laying down in the vehicle on his phone and didn't get the notice to pick us up. The second time there was a wreck (which I know can't be helped) and they were 30 min late pickup my dad. This caused some other issues for us. I would recommend you pay to have them wait for the return trip if it's a weekend since they are short staffed (their words not mine) on the weekends.

Their charges for transportation are already incredibly astronomical ($122 RT to go 15 minutes away) and to make it worse, they still charge for rides they did not complete and refuse to honor the terms and conditions stated on their website. They have no management and refuse to answer customer complaints so beware before you decide to give them your credit card as this company will not hesitate to bill astronomical charges and will not have any staff to discuss issues with you. I was employed there and ran the office for 5 years (sometimes by myself for months) to be let go out of no where with no pay for FALSE reasons!! He even still owes me a weeks pay!! The company was suffering due to losing clients (due to the only type of staff he would hire and them not fulfilling their job duties). The owner only wanted me searching for 24 care clients living on their own (red flag). Constantly wanted me to write letters for proof of employment to help gain government assistance for those that were never employed. I could go on and on...my point is, don't work there!!
